Well, friends, we have finally arrived at the end of the road. Although this is not what I wanted to see, I am at peace with it. Like Fang Yuan said: "Sometimes, the final destination of the journey is not important, the important thing is the process of the journey and how you feel during the journey." Over the past 3 years, reading this novel and then interacting alongside the other fans of this work in the comment section had become an indelible part of my daily routine. From it, I have learned a lot of important life lessons. For this, I would like to thank Lord Venerables Skyfarrow, ChibiGeneral, adda and others I may have missed. I hope that sometime in the future, us fellow Daoists can regather here to witness the end of this epic journey!

Even with this cliff of an ending, it’s worth it. A few years ago I picked up Reverend Insanity expecting a knockoff of Warlock of the Magus world in a weird bug pokemon world. Maybe this is for the best. Simply having a clear ending might not be suitable for a masterpiece like this. Whether he succeeds or fail it has its own unique taste which is better left in our own imagination.
