A small island was located more than 3000 miles away to the northeast. The island was previously under the control of a small family and many such islands could be found in this area. Some small families had difficult times surviving at the Central Plains so they would come and occupy an island and try to fight for some Mystical Materials in the sea so that they wouldn't starve to death.
Theoretically speaking, the small families were affiliated with the Island of Tranquility but they didn't bother controlling those small families and indulged them in developing as they wished as there were little to get.
The small family suffered during the previous day's thunderstorm which went across the island. Of the more than 1000 people of the family, only about a dozen made their way out. The rest were all killed by lightning…
