As a highly advanced civilization with ever-changing technology, it was high time for human civilization to flourish to every nook and cranny available to them. They would rather confidently compel other advanced civilizations they discovered during their expansion to believe that they were still an insignificant pebble in mankind's advancing path. They would do this to every civilization within reach that they deemed to be barbaric and under-developed.
