21 Ch. 21 Groupings

After they explained about the system of this world we started our leveling up session....at least that's what I want to call it.

King Titus: Good morning Heroes, We've gathered all of you here for you to level up but last night me and Queen Tina talked about on how we should proceed.

Queen Tina: We decided to split up the team into four groups, each group will be led by Myself, King Titus, Dia and Jade.

Jade: Me!?

Why is that? Plus even if they split them by four groups that means each group has three persons in it while my group will only have two including me and the person that I'm grouped with.

Dia: We thought this could be a good idea since we still haven't figured out what you can do.

Jade: Even if you say that....

Before I can even continue what I'm about to say King Titus interfered.

King Titus: That's what we decided and that's that!

Tsk, isn't it better to have a hero lead a group rather than a person like me? But Dia has a point. After that was settled all of the heroes were to pick the group they want, after each of them decided all of the groups are now completed having King Titus, Helina Merlin and Lansa Sigil for King Titus's group and Queen Tina, Cara Audre and Raijin Akibara for Queens Tina's group and Dia, Schild Dean and Sia Xela for Dia's group....Leaving me with Myself and Bishou Si. What is this group? Why am I with the person that wanted to kill few days ago?

Bishou glared at me and started talking.

Bishou: You have a problem?

Jade: N-nothing in particular.

Geez. This is something, King Titus explained the plan on how to execute the plan and the reason why they want to split the Heroes into four groups.

King Titus: The reason that we wanted to split the Heroes into four groups is for all of you to get enough EXP to level up since we thought that having 7 people in one party might be too much and the EXP drop might not be enough since all of you are high leveled already.

Cara: I see, so that's the reason.

Helina: Where are we going to do this?

Queen Tina: We also decided for each group to have their own free will on where to go and grind.

Lansa: So you're saying that you want us to go wherever we want?

Queen Tina: Yes, sort of.

King Titus: With that being said, all of us shall meet here after two weeks and we shall see the growth of each of one of us.

After King Titus gave all of the instructions they gave each of our group some equipments as well as heaps of golds to use for our journey, all of it is from us though it came from the loot that we got from the Drake. Looking at it the bag of gold, it's a lot, like, a real lot. With this we embark on our journey. Each of us was also given a wagon and a horse to pull the wagon, with this we embark on our journey.

While Bishou leads the Horses I started a conversation.

Jade: Hey, what's the plan?

Bishou: For now let's get somewhere we can grind and start our EXP grind, look at the map that the King gave us at the back of our wagon.

I did what she said and opened the Map to show it to her. For some reason she seems to know a lot of things about this.

Jade: Wow, you have all of this planned out?

Bishou: Of course, dimwit! This is common knowledge, don't you play games on your place or something?

Jade: I do, but it feels different when you're doing it on real life.

Bishou: Anyways, for now we should head down here.

Bishou pointed at a village south from Dritiron. It seems like she wants to start from there to settle for now since it's almost dark outside since we were going for more than an hour now, and the horse seems to be tired.

After getting into the village, the villagers gave Bishou a warm welcome.

Villager one: It's the Hero of the Dagger!

Mayor of the Village: Welcome her with lots of foods and give her gifts!

Villager two: Yeah!

Mayor of the Village: We heard that one of the heroes are going to come to our village so we decided to give you our gifts as well as welcome you to our village.

Bishou seems to be embarrassed while the Villagers and the Mayor are joyous of having her come to their village, Bishou looked at me with a look that's screaming for help. Her face is red as a tomato from getting flattered from the Villagers and the Mayor's words.

Jade: Geez, Hey Bishou let's go and plan out on what to do tomorrow.

After saying that I grabbed her out of there and started walking as fast as we can to get away from there. After we got away from there we looked up for a place to stay in and luckily we found an inn that we can stay that's just cheap. Huh, I expected for her to go to a more luxurious place.

Bishou: I would like to rent a room please, if possible two rooms one for each of us.

Inn keeper: Understood, but sadly we only had one room.

Bishou: I see, then so be it.

We then got into the room, Bishou was shocked when she found out that there's only one bed. What is this development all of a sudden!? Of course i'm shocked too! Bishou started talking to the Inn keeper about the room.

Bishou: HEY! There's only one bed here, you do know that there's two of us right?!

Inn keeper: Oh!, I'm sorry but aren't you two lovers?

To my disbelief I screamed what on to the top of my lungs enough to startle the people and go out on their room to look at the ruckus.

Bishou and Jade: What?!

Inn keeper: Please keep your voices down since you're not the only person in this place.

In the end we got the room and decided on who's going to sleep in the bed with rock, paper, scissors. Bishou won. AAAAAAAAAAAA! After that we started talking about the plans on where to go next and grind.

Bishou: For now, let's start at the guild in this place and look at the quests available in this place.

Jade: Amazing, you really do know your stuff.

She ignores my comment and continued.

Bishou: Also I talked to the mayor and seems like there's something lurking in the woods that the adventurers can't deal with so I decided that we should defeat it along the way.

Jade: Have you seen the quest info?

Bishou: Yeah, look at this.

She showed me a paper that show's the face of the monster, it looks like a human but apparently the villagers says that it isn't a human which leads us to think that it might be one of the seven deadly sins.

Bishou: For now, if ever that this turns out to be one of the seven deadly sins let's fall back immediately since there might be a lot of them out there.

Jade: Then what if it isn't?

Bishou: Then we defeat it, by the way our tactic is simple, you protect me with your shield and barrier and I'll be on the offensive.

Jade: Got it.

We took our rest after that and gets ready for tomorrow.
