16 Ch. 16 The Drake's Cry

The Drake growled and still persisted on attacking us, which made us defend more harder and enhanced the barrier of Schild and mine.

Drake: GRUAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Schild: KYAAAA!

Jade: Hold on!, We have to!

We were stopping the Drake on it's advancement but our strength seems like it's nothing for the Drake since our feet is sliding on the ground that we're standing on which made it hard for us to stop it.

Raijin: Going in!

Bishou: I'm gonna join.

Raijin then ran towards the drakes left front foot while Bishou ran towards the right front foot, Raijin then attacked with his axed and slashed it's foot while Bishou left a dagger on it, but Bishou's dagger seems to have something in it.

Bishou: Did you know that I can still imbue something on my daggers?!

It made a huge explosion. Was that an explosives on her dagger? Geez, this girl still surprises me.

Raijin: I guess I'll do what I can now huh?!

Raijin then manifested two axes and Slashed it in the Drakes left front foot but it seems that the damage was not enough. The Drake just shrugged Raijins axe and defended its right front foot after the explosion from Bishou's dagger.

Drake: Gruaaaaaaaaaaa!

Raijin: Don't think that this is all I have!

He then made the axe bigger while the blade is still inside the Drakes flesh although the cut can't be noticed but it grew bigger and bigger until the left front foot of the Drake collapses and fell down on its Knees.

Dia: The battle seems to be in our favor. Keep it up and the victory is ours!

And so we did, but the after the Drake was exhausted it gave a hard growl once more.

Drake: GYUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

After that it got up and ran away from Dritiron. We were about to chase it but King Titus stopped us since it was dangerous to chase it after battling non-stop, since we've been defending for over a lot of time now.

Titus: Don't chase it, it will give us more problem if we chase it since our army is tired and so are our heroes let's regroup on the Dritiron Kingdom and make plans on what to do on the next attack, so for now clean up the other spawn that the dragon has summoned!

All of the soldiers followed his order and defeated all of the monsters that spawned, after this we got back to the Dritiron kingdom to plan on what to do when the Drake attacks once more.

Dia: For now let's get more soldiers and defend at the same time restock our supplies.

Titus: I agree.

Queen Tina: I see, If you think that, that is what should be done so be it. I will help you with the strength I have.

Titus: I thank you for that Queen Tina, with that being said, I want all the heroes to assemble at the entrance on the next attack and if possible I want all of the help we can get. We're not sure on what's about to happen since the Sin's might be present when that comes.

Titus pointed out to the people present at the meeting, geez, what am I even doing here again? I'm not even one of the hero or anything plus all I can do is put up barrier. I guess, I'll just see on what's about to happen tomorrow.
