15 Ch. 15 Counterattack

Where did Dia came from to begin with, Her sword seems to be a new one and a strong one at that.

Dia: Alright! Let's go!

We've let out a battle cry and charged at the Drake, The Drake growled and gets stands at the ready.

Sia: Give me the first blow!

Sia jumped and slashed the Drake, but its scales have hardened which deflected the attack of Sia.

Raijin: How about this then!?

Raijin threw his Axe and manifested another and threw it again, but the Drake used its Tail spear and parried the flying Axes and growled once more. It attacked us with its thorny head Schild and me made a barrier for the whole party and made a huge thud because of the impact, the Drake wasn't finished yet and used its Tail spear and tried to penetrate the barrier.

Cara: The barrier won't last forever!

Dia: We don't need forever!

The Spear of Lansa was glowing and Lansa stoods in a way that he's about to throw his spear.

Lansa: Remove the barrier.

And so we did and he threw his spear which was glowing in red color, the Drake's head was hit but because of the Drake's hard scale it was just a scratch which didn't affect the Drake.

Bishou: My turn!

Bishou ran and slides below the Drake's body to it's back and got at the top of it.

Cara: Rather than watching let's help her.

That's a good idea. Cara then manifested a gun and it was a M2 Machine gun and gives Bishou some cover.

Helina: Then I'll provide backup too.

Helina joined up and covered Bishou, every bullets by Cara and arrows by Helina was taken by the Drake lightly and doesn't seem to affect it, maybe it's because of the scale, but after some time it noticed the two of them and ran towards them, while Bishou then threw her dagger at the Drakes left eye which made the Drake growl in pain

Drake: KUUUUUUUUURAW!

Schild: It's a hit!

Dia: ALRIGHT!

But the Drake didn't stop it's attack and still ran towards us.

Dia: Leave this to me.

Dia then raised her sword and gets into a defensive stance, when the Drake have reached for us Dia parried the Drakes attack using her sword removing the right horn of the Drake that made the Drake growl in pain once more.

Drake: KUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURAW!

Lansa: Time to finish this off.

The Drake stood up again and made a huge growl that's like saying that it won't give up.

Drake: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!

Geez, just how persistent can you be?
