14 Ch. 14 Drake
While moving towards the Drake, the monster keeps coming and coming most of them are just chimera but some I haven't seen.
Speaking of "Haven't seen" where's Dia?, What is this errand that the king said? Thinking about is won't help.
While charging straight to the Drake a lot of chimera was in the way so using my ability is unavoidable, but good thing I have my Durendal with me. Three Chimera lunged at me at the same time I dodged it before it can even hit, after doing so I slashed them with no problem.
All of the heroes are present while fighting. After quite some time we've reached the Drake but it seemed to be asleep.
Raijin: What the hell's wrong with this?!
The Drake then opened its eyes and made a huge growl.
Drake: RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!
Lansa: Hnggg!
It made the ground shake and started moving while ignoring us, wait, It's going towards to Dritiron!?
Tina: Stop the Drake from making it to Dritiron!
Helina then manifested her bow and reins control of the arrow to hit the Drake, but it has no effect Lansa quickly follows up and throws his spear and chant a spell to make it more effective.
Helina: It didn't affect him!
Lansa: Don't panic I'll do something about it, 'Oh Spear of mine hear my plead, and strike thy enemy with the power that lies within you', BLEEDING SPEAR!
Lansa have landed the hit and have penetrated the Drakes skin as if it was just some sort kind of paper, The Drake growled in pain.
Drake: KURAAAAAAAW!!!!
Cara: Good one, you landed the hit Lansa.
Lansa: That was the point from the very beginning.
Sia: Stop chatting and be ready.
The Drake seem to have finally noticed us, and ran towards us.
Raijin: Seems like he's angry
Jade: Obviously.
Schild: Geez you guys are so carefree!
The Drake was about to Ram us but Schild raised her shield and made a wide barrier and made a loud thud the ground was shaking every move the Drake does, that was to be expected with the Drakes size.
While protecting us the Drake then jumped and spins mid-air and slams the us with his tail, but Schild was fast enough to repel the attack easily.
Helina: Arrow Shower!
Cara: Equip Change.
Helina fires one arrow at the sky and Cara changed her weapon from a handgun into a Double Uzi
Bishou: Don't lose momentum and fight this thing!
The arrow shower have hit not the Dragon but the Chimeras around it along with the Chimeras that's fighting the knights. Bishou then threw her Dagger and the dagger multiplies. This fighting style never change, huh?
Jade: This again?
Bishou: Shut up!
But the Drake saw it and casts the dagger aside with it hands and grazed the dagger, Cara fired at the Drake using her Double Uzi but its scale is way too hard for the bullets to penetrate through it.
Cara: It didn't even budge!
Lansa: He have a brain too so he would know what you're trying to do!
The Drake made another growl and attacks us with its head and rammed us, Schild was ready but the Drake interfered by jumping through the use of Schilds barrier and landed behind us, it didn't stop and hits us with it's thorny head.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"HNGGGGGGGGGG!"
After the Drake have landed a hit all of us flew in the air, but the Drake was not yet finished and used it's tail and slaps us using it but Schild used her barrier and this time I helped.
Schild: Leave this to me!
Jade: I'll help too!
With that we deflected the attack of the Drake but still we didn't inflict that much damage aside from Lansa's spear. After we've regrouped the Drake have started it's attack once more and charged towards us without any problems at all.
We didn't know what to do right now, we have the power and all but we have no idea on how end this Drake. Just when some of us are about to give up a voice that I haven't heard for quite a while was present.
Helina: Is this all we can do?
Lansa: Don't falter!
Dia: Geez! you look like you guys are in trouble.
While the Drake is charging towards us Dia removes her sword in her scabbard...now that I noticed it her sword seems to be back. Dia then made a defense stance and made a slash in the air which became something like a wave of blade.
Dia: I'll distract him you guys do your thing!
Sia: You got that!
Cara: On it!
Helina: Sure!
While they were preparing I guess all I can do is provide defense for now.
Jade: Mind the defense with me!
Schild: Don't forget about me!
Lansa: Hmp!
Raijin: Then I'll be in the front with Dia!
Sia: I'll be joining you!
While king Titus and Queen Tina are fighting the chimeras and something that looked like an imp at the back and defending the castle we took this chance to defeat this Drake.
