478 A Desperate Chase

Deep in the secret territory within the mountains, there was a huge natural crater. Above the four walls of the depression covered in slippery moss were traces of water. It was dark and damp.

In the center of the cave was a bonfire on the ground. The flames were not the usual red, but green. From afar, it looked like a wildfire.

The green bonfire shone in the huge hollow, and next to it stood a tall figure.

The man was tightly covered with a large green robe. Even his cheeks were concealed by a piece of green cloth. It was hard to tell whether this being was male or female, demon or human.

The man stood fixed beside the campfire with his hands inside his wide sleeves. Like a sculpture, he did not make any movements.

All the space within ten feet of him was covered with strange green smoke.
