2 Intruder

I quickly fling my eyes open.

Raven: Hahh... That again?

I've been trying not to remember the scene, but it finds its way to haunt me.

*Rustle rustle*

Who's there? This area is closer to the kingdom's border, could it be an intruder? I duck in the bushes and head towards the source of the noise. I see a young man, in his early 20's carrying a luggage bag. He doesn't look like he's from this town. He could be an intruder, but I can't just jump into conclusions like that. I quietly approach him.

Raven: You don't look like you're this town's citizen here. What's your purpose?

Sensing that I must have some authority, the man keeps his guard up.

The Man: I've come from Kasana, to get military training.

Kasana? That's the neighbouring kingdom, your kingdom has good ties with it. But...

Raven: Military training? Don't they give you that in Kasana as well? Why would you come to Ozara?

The Man: Well, I hear that the instructor here is exceptionally skilled. I figured if I learn from him, I could become eligible faster.

That instructor he's talking about, it's me. From 11 years of experience, I've gained skills to read expressions and people's behavior really well. He doesn't seem like an enemy but I do need his identification.

Raven: Do you have your id? I would like to take a look at it.

The Man: Okay.... Here you go.

He takes his id out of his bag and hands it to me. Adam Clay, Age: 23, excetra, excetra. I return his ID back to him and turn around.

Raven: Follow me.

Adam: But where are you-

Raven: Just follow me.

I lead him to the Palace. Since he is an immigrant, I need to take permission from the Prince before I can let him apply for any courses.

Adam: Woah, this place is impressive.

Adam whispers this to himself. He really gets impressed with little things; first I caught him gawking at my unusually coloured hair when I was talking to him and now the Palace. But I don't object, you don't usually, or ever, see a person with blue hair. The Palace guards and I greet each other as Adam and I enter the Palace....
