Light in the dark

"Where am I? what happened? Who am I? Seth? Seth that's who I am" while Seth is looking around he notices that seems to be floating in a void as if he were underwater. "next question what happened?" Seth closes his eyes trying to remember what happened but all he gets are flashes of a man wearing a blue ski mask running towards him. "so I guess I was murdered. Where am I?" as soon as he finishes that sentence in his head, a string of blue text showed up. Seth was stunned for a bit but he read the text saying " would you like to start the reincarnation?" Seth was still stunned he didn't understand what was going. " yes?" with a wry smile he agrees just because it's the only thing in view to him.

The next second the text faded away from then multiple texts appeared and disappeared like a slot machine. The slot machine slowed down and it finally stopped on the word "werewolf". Seth read the text and in confusion says "eh?" then a flash of light blinds Seth's eyes. Seth slowly opens his eyes to the sound of dripping water echoing throughout the dark cave. He tries to stand up but immediately feels like he wants to vomit. He holds out and keeps in, he also takes a few Steps forward while remembering the word "werewolf" in his head. He looks at his hands and arm and sees dirty fur in a brownish yellowish tint. He sees he has broken and dirty claws at his fingertips but they seem to have started to retract back, in fact, all the fur on his body is receding back into him. He didn't feel pain, however, he still felt uncomfortable seeing this. The claws and fur fully receded but now he's a dirty naked teen inside a dark cave. Seth hugs his arms as it begins to become cold. He looks around for a way out.

Seth has been walking around the cave for a few hours now and he's still seen nothing. "god damn it, this is the worst, Icould've at least kept my clothes". In the dark reaches of where Seth came from, he can hear sounds of skittering. Seth looks behind him wondering what is making that noise, the skittering is getting louder and louder until finally, a small spider appears out of the darkness running past Seth. Seth felt relieved and sigh " man I thought it was something bigger and much scarier this cave is starting to get to me." Seth looks back and travels through a cave where he originally travelling. Then Seth noticed something odd he can still hear skittering but it's still coming from behind him he looks back and he comes face to face with a giant centipede with shiny purple armour.

Seth quickly bolts towards where the spider was heading and immediately passes it. " holy shit, holy shit, holy shit that's one big ass centipede. Where hell is the exit?!" while Seth is running he glances back to see if he lost sight of the centipede. He looks back to see that the centipede seems to have disappeared but then he hears a loud piercing screech. He looks at the ceiling of the cave and sees that the centipede is chasing Seth while upside down on the ceiling. Seth is even more terrified and begins to run even faster and if it wasn't enough, the centipede started spitting acid towards Seth but he doesn't care he just wants to find the exit. Then he started smelling the fresh fragrance of grass and trees so he followed his nose. at the end of the cave, Seth can see a blinding light. " oh my God an exit! Finally!" Seth is relieved at the prospect of escaping out of the dark and into the light.

Seth exits out of the cave and as he's senses adjust themselves to the sudden new environment he sees trees harbouring a strange fruits from its branches. He suddenly remembers the centipede that was chasing him so he runs towards a tree and snaps a branch of its trunk. He goes behind the same tree and waited for the centipede to emerge out of the cave that was on the side of a mountain. Seth waited for a few minutes but nothing emerged out of that cave so he turned around, leaned towards the tree and collapses to the ground.

"man that was close" Seth takes a minute to relax but ended up falling asleep due to exhaustion. Several hours later Seth wakes up to see that it is night time. "Crap I fell asleep, and now I'm really hungry" Seth stands up and notices that his fur and claws are back out but he doesn't care he's just hungry. He gets a whiff of something so he follows the smell.
