In DxD with the Lancer Template

Even though i have not read a single word yet but ima give it a 5 stars just from the synopsys. A goated love interest that is scathach and not the constant rias, akeno. Absolutely amazing template that is fate cu chulain and not the typical haki, chakra, devil fruit, sharingan or DB shit. AND finally the MC anyones slave nor is he a random pillar devil who perma sucks rias off. AND FINALLY the MC didnt reincarnate as Issei or issei version 2.

Finally some love for Mario Mario 😭.....

5 stars for Synopsys. and for single FMC.

It's hard to get immersed in the story when the characters start stuttering and ceasing. Instead of saying "Yeeeah" they go "Ye-e-e-a-ah". Which pulls you out of the reading.

It was a good start to an intresting story, but the constant stuttering and wrong translations just got on my nerves. Like who says “Dubble” when draig boosts, like what???

I'll give it 5 based on the sole reason that Scathach is the love interest. Full Stop. That's it.

Is a solid story thus far, there a few misses but over all is good. I suppose you could consider it as a Fate crossover as well, since this is Fate Lancer, at least appearance wise, Scathach will likely be Fate Scathach as well. Why not call it I was reborn as Cu in Dxd? This is what happens, not the template thing, he IS Cu.

Typical Issei hating dxd fic really. Written by a harem hater who somehow still likes dxd enough to write fanfics about it. Might be positives for you but it kept me from reading it properly. So in short, This doesn't deserve to be hated on for not following plot the way I like but I won't say it's good because I didn't like it.

I have to thank the translator, because without him, I would never have been able to find the original, which is absolutely a gem. It's funny that it took me 20 chapters to finally realize that the expressions and proverbs Cuchulainn uses are strangely similar to expressions from my native language translated into English, so I realized it wasn't the original.

Haven’t read a single word yet, but you said my Number 1 fate waifu. Scathach is forever so instant five stars. You my friend are a real one may you have good luck in any gacha games you play.

Synopsis alone is 5 star and shisho as the main romance target, this is going to be peak

It's a pretty good story. Entertaining, well written, updates regularly. Just enjoy it and don't think too much about minor stuff like the title being wrong.

This is actually a very good story, and it’s different from most of the dxd stories thankfully. Very much looking forward to more. I did see someone say it was a Russian translation which I couldn’t tell but hopefully that doesn’t mean it will just stop. Keep it up Author/Translator!!

Interesting fic. Like the mix so far between the fate characters and the DxD characters. Power levels are......alright I suppose. I'm guessing the mc and Scathach aren't uber powerful right off the bat cause you wanna build up some story with them getting meaningful powerups along the way. So I guess I'm okay with it so far. Regarding the no harem thing, I guess it might work if done well. But the thing with DxD is that the series itself is kinda built with harems being a focal point with so many important female characters always revolving around the mc. So it would be kinda difficult to write. Anyway, keep going. I'm interested to see where it's gonna go.

I like the novel. It’s a very original idea with a pretty unusual protagonist, and the fanfic is really entertaining. But there’s something that’s been bothering me quite a bit, and that’s the fact that the raw power of Sétanta and Scáthach simply doesn’t match what a demigod and a god-slayer should be capable of. Sétanta is basically the Irish Hercules, and in the myths, Hercules fights giants and Titans. Yet you make me feel like, aside from the angels, demons, and fallen angels, the other mythologies are incredibly weak. I can accept the Christian God being the strongest, aside from Ophis and the Great Red, but what about everyone else?
