This here, my guys, is one of the most underrated novels on the whole platform. I will write a smaller review for those who don't like to read the detailed ones: => The novel is basically a masterpiece in my opinion. The vocabulary makes it all really immersive and even though the author sometimes misses a 1-2 days of uploads, he always compensates for them as soon as possible. The story development is slow, which causes most to leave in the 200s, but it is improving over time and it is worth reading at least 2-3 chapters a day even if you can't bear the slow pacing, it will all become worth it. The character design and the world background are the best parts of the novel, nothing is "just cause", every character has a personality forged through their experiences, and the lore makes the story really immersive. Moving on to a detailed review: 1. Writing Quality Well, trust me, just reading this book made me get 97% in my English exam. The vocabulary, though, can be confusing sometimes, it gives you an excellent visualization of each moment, like a movie is literally playing in your head. 2. Update Stability The updates are usually stable, sometimes the author misses a day or two, but always compensates for it later on. 3. Story Development Now comes the part where most people feel like quitting the story, but trust me, every chapter is worth it. Though the author mentioned at the start the story is going to be a slow burn, I myself think that the pacing got a bit too slow in the late 200s, but it is slowly improving even now, and the author himself agreed on increasing the pace a bit in the discord. Remember, every detail has a use in the future, and no info-dumb is "just for the feel". 4. Character Design Holy, this is probably the second best part of the whole novel, with the best being the world design, the characters are not your average "Righteous" Hero and "Evil" Demon King, everyone is somewhat selfish, yes, even the "Chosen One". And for all those who think Axel is a simp, the story itself will prove you wrong, but you need to have patience. 5. World Background Now comes the best part. I feel like the world and lore in this story is designed even better than masterpieces like Reverend Insanity (that's just my opinion btw and I have read only 150-200 chapters of R.I), it is just so intricate that you feel a part of it yourself. Though some historical things could basically be optional and there may not be much harm in skipping a few details, but it is much more immersive if you read it all. I don't want to spoil and it will be much better if you all read it yourself. Final Comment: All in all, the novel, though a slow burn, has its own rewarding moments, and each chapter is better than the former, the author is really working hard to improve the shortcomings, it is definitely worth to give it a try.

This is an ART and you, Author, are a goddamn ARTIST. I am genuinely baffled how this novel is not more popular. Review:- Character- Amazing character designs, there is diversity in characters' personalities, Character developments are just simply Peak. Specially the MC, as the plot progress his personality constantly evolves, and every personality trait is shown with reason behind it. I personally loved the fact that I couldn't get a hold of MC's personality and put it in defined labelled box. One moment he is horny teenager, another moment a Gary Stu, sometimes Crazy simp, other times extremely cunning. It was a really refreshing and unique experience.(once again, there are no as*pulls about the characters, everything is explained quite nicely, just let the Author cook.) oh and the MC and FL dynamic is just....just..(I don't even have words for it.) Author has taken the aspects of Yandere, possesive, obsessive, manipulative to the extreme. I have read crazy yanderes before but this one was just out of this world, like their attachment is not just superficial that can be described with words, their obsession and possessiveness is quite literally foundation of their existences without which they are simply incomplete. World Building - another amazing aspect of this novel. World is constantly being developed over the chapters instead of how some lazy authors just info dump in the first few chapters. I personally loved the fact that Author went into the metaphysical aspects of the world,(usually what other authors do is just say that the planet is x times bigger and be done with it, with no regards to how gravity and other things work), novel properly explains these concepts and how it affects the natives' constitution compared to humans of other planets and stuff. Really loved it. Pacing and Plot progression- Excellent pacing throughout the novel. Although the part around Ch.60-70(in the trial arc was a bit of a drag, specially since most of world building and power system in that arc is rendered completely useless afterwards, so maybe skim through that one) other than this there is nothing to complain about. Another plus point in my book is that Academy arc is not dragged on for forever without serving any purpose( like in usual novel academy arcs just keep on going on and on and on even if main cast becomes over qualified for it and just keep attending it nonetheless). In this novel Academy serves the specific purpose of introducing the introducing the power systems, bringing the main cast together and develop their characters, some general knowledge about about the world building, politics, inter species conflicts etc.and when it has served it's purpose it is concluded quite perfectly. That arc finale was just way too damn good, had me on the edge constantly. And all the heartbreaks, conflicts, betrayals were the Chef's kiss. Like that the Author didn't shy away from experimenting about the relationship between different characters instead of just keeping it a constant. Today's enemy is Tommorow's friend and vice versa applies really well here. There's is so much good about this novel that I can keep going but ig I'll conclude it here by simply saying that this is an amazing piece of work and just believe in the Author instead of jumping to the wrong conclusions. DON'T JUDGE ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN THE PLOT on the first instance instead LET HIM COOK!!!!! you won't regret it. p.s- it's honestly quite scary how this novel managed to tick ALL the correct checkboxes that I look for in this genre. Please keep writing this Author and DON'T drop it. I believe in you and your work.

Binged this till chapter 504 in a few days. After ShadowSlave, this is the webnovel i would be looking forward to the most. It really has everything you need in a perfect story no joke. i first thought it would be another Author's POV clone but its so so much better than that just from the ideas this author have. its very much inspired by ShadowSlave in certain things but you dont have to worry about it because its uniquely different to it in the aspects its inspired from which i appreciate. My friend ASG666 rec'd me this because he said the romance in this one has proper angst, misery and emotional rollercoaster, the main reason i started this novel. And yes i was extremely satisfied with what the author cooked here in regards to romance. its also slow and building up with lots of twist and turns and as a veteran romance reader i approve of its peak potential. But, surprisingly all the other elements of the novel; story, powersystem, characters, worldbuilding and fights are done GREAT, enough to be called this a true underrated novel. Truly, this isnt one of avg trash webnovels u see on this app everyday, this is a complete epic in the making. Release schedule is also decent, 7 chps per week. i truly hope author finishes this novel. As for criticisms. i have a two; 1-) the first 0-50 chps would make you feel like you are reading slop. There are so many grammatical and dialogue mistakes which iam sure author will proofread and correct later. 2-) Author have this bad habit of breaking the 4th wall in a random monologues which throws me out of my immersion and makes me cringe. Thankfully this happens very rarely after every 100 chapters only i think. May not be an issue for other readers but i personally hate it. Overall even apart from minor writing mistakes, i give it a 10/10. Even tho i could've deducted stars in writing quality because of the first 80 chps, i wont, because i am just so happy that i read this. Has the potential to become a literary masterpiece if Author finishes it. One of my most enjoyable reads. Really took a risk diving into this novel which has so less reviews and views but as usual you cant judge a book by its cover or in this novel's case, its first 80 chapters. Because the payoff here after that is soo good you wont ever regret investing yourself in this peak. Got into it craving peak romance and got more than that. Sigh.. now i would have to stack this novel also for months, just like i stack shadowslave. fuckkk

Good read but nothing special. The story started off good. Quite a good power system and the aspect awakening was well done and very different which I liked. What I didn’t like: 1. Mood swings of MC. In the later chapters when the MC is talking to the Valkyrie he suddenly starts tell her that he doesn’t like her because she has killed a lot of people. It just didn’t make sense. Not once before then didn’t MC every show signs that he felt that way. Even we as the readers thought that he was avoiding her because she was strong and also because she has the same name as shophia. It just felt like the authors made some Bs reason to make the Mc feel more human which just didn’t make sense. Did he forget that he literally caused the destruction of a whole planet or that he was planning to kill the whole of Ken’s family. I get that this could be explained by The MCs demon blood not fully asimulating with him so he doesn’t have full control of his emotions but the MC has way too many mood swings in both directions. 2. MC is sometimes cautious and sometimes he’s stupid. I don’t understand why he randomly became so friendly with the 5th princess. He literally told her about the rune system when he didn’t need to? He also agreed to make a weapon for the Valkyrie just to learn about who green dagger is? Why does he still care about that guy when he already defeated him in the exam. He knows he’s stronger that him. He should be focused on other things yet he agreed to make a Strong af weapon for the most overpowed character who could be a hinderance to him in the future. I get that he will probably put a mechanism in the weapon that would benefit him in some way or make it so that the weapon can not harm him but the reasoning for him making her the weapon in the first place was stupid af. 3. Story is very slow.

Honestly, this novel feels like one of those rare slow-burn gems that people drop too early and regret later. What really stands out to me isn’t just the premise (which is already darker and more interesting than most “hero turns demon” stories), but how seriously the author treats the world and its characters. Nothing feels cheap or thrown in for convenience. Every piece of lore, every character decision—it all feels like it matters, even if the payoff takes time. Yeah, the pacing can get rough around the 200s. I won’t sugarcoat that. But if you’re the kind of reader who enjoys buildup, subtle foreshadowing, and long-term payoff, this is exactly the kind of story that rewards patience. It’s not fast food—it’s a full-course meal. Tyler (Axel) is also a refreshing protagonist. He’s not trying to be righteous, and he’s not “evil for the sake of being edgy” either. He’s someone who made a choice and is living with the consequences, slowly becoming something even he might not fully accept. That internal conflict is where the story really shines. And the worldbuilding? Easily one of the strongest aspects. It actually feels like a living, breathing world instead of just a backdrop for the MC to flex in. Overall, if you’re tired of generic power fantasies and want something darker, more layered, and more meaningful—even if it takes its time—this is 100% worth picking up again. Just don’t expect instant gratification. This novel honestly blew my mind don't drop it author and good luck i hope you finish this novel from the depth of my heart <3.
