Chapter 46 Absolute Suppression

Uraraka Ochaco was stunned as she glanced around the battlefield. She quickly brushed off her hesitation and extended her hand toward the nuclear weapon. It was just within reach—barely ten centimeters away. Victory was right there.

But just as her fingertips approached the weapon, the ground shook violently.

"Boom!"

A massive hand made of sand surged from the floor, lifting the nuclear weapon high into the air. It pierced through the ceiling and continued to rise, taking the weapon completely out of reach.

"What… what is this?" Uraraka muttered, bewildered by the sight before her.

Midoriya's earlier warning echoed in her mind. *"It won't be that simple."*

Sand began to pour down like a river, swirling and expanding. The concrete floor beneath them disintegrated, morphing into an ocean of sand that spread across the training ground.

"How is this even possible?" Bakugo exclaimed, beads of sweat forming on his brow as the ground beneath him shifted and churned.

Midoriya's mind raced. His analytical instincts kicked in, and a plan formed. Turning to Uraraka, he called out, "Use your Quirk on us! It's our best shot!"

Uraraka blinked but quickly caught on. She activated her Quirk, making Bakugo, Midoriya, and herself weightless.

As the sandstorm intensified, the entire building began to crumble. Walls, ceilings, and floors disintegrated into sand and joined the massive hand holding the nuclear weapon high above.

**Observation Room**

The monitors in the observation room fizzled out, one by one, each displaying the words *NO SIGNAL.*

"What's going on? Did Akira just destroy the entire surveillance system?" one student muttered in awe.

"This is insane! An entire building turned into sand?!"

"He's fighting three people at once without breaking a sweat!"

"This guy… he might be the strongest freshman in U.A. history," another commented, disbelief evident in their tone.

Momo Yaoyorozu furrowed her brows. "Isn't this a bit… excessive? This was supposed to be an indoor training exercise."

All Might crossed his arms, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "This is perfect! A true demonstration of unexpected challenges that heroes face in real life."

The students exchanged bewildered looks but followed All Might's lead as he declared, "Let's head to the training ground and see this for ourselves!"

---

**Training Ground**

Smoke and dust hung heavy in the air, swirling around the colossal sand construct. Bakugo, Midoriya, and Uraraka had landed safely thanks to Uraraka's quick thinking.

The massive sand hand loomed above them, the nuclear weapon resting atop its palm, far out of reach.

Akira's voice echoed through the dust. "The weapon's up there. If you want to win, you'll have to recover it yourselves."

Bakugo growled, his frustration boiling over. "This has to be against the rules!"

"As long as All Might hasn't called it off, it's fair game," Akira replied casually, his expression calm yet challenging.

Midoriya furrowed his brow. "But you destroyed all the cameras. All Might can't even give us instructions if he wanted to!"

Akira smirked but said nothing. He knew Midoriya had a point, but the thrill of the challenge overshadowed his concern.

From atop another building, All Might watched the scene unfold, hands on his hips and a wide grin on his face. "The game continues! Heroes face unexpected challenges every day. Let's see how they handle this!"

---

Midoriya's mind raced as he stared at the towering sand structure. *How can we recover the weapon?* He was snapped out of his thoughts by Uraraka's panicked voice.

"Midoriya-kun! He's coming!"

Before Midoriya could react, Akira closed the distance in a flash. A swift kick sent Midoriya flying into a nearby building.

"Midoriya!" Uraraka cried out.

Midoriya groaned as he pushed rubble off himself. "That… really hurt."

A loud crash nearby revealed Bakugo, who had also been thrown into the same area. Dusting himself off, Bakugo glared at Midoriya.

"You too, huh?" Midoriya asked awkwardly.

"Shut up!" Bakugo snapped, his pride clearly wounded.

---

From the sidelines, the observing students marveled at Akira's dominance.

"Even Bakugo can't keep up with him!"

"He's wiping the floor with all three of them!"

"Was there ever any doubt about the outcome?" Momo murmured, her expression a mix of amazement and concern.

All Might remained silent, his gaze fixed on Akira. Behind him, a shadowed figure stood, their eyes narrowing as they observed the scene.

"That boy… is he truly the apprentice of the man standing before me?"
