im biased when it comes to cobra kai series but i really enjoy reading every single chapter looking forward to the others that are coming

I would expect a good novel from this author, the choice of love interest is out of my interest, I want to see more character development and how it affects the story for better or worse.

so, I have read till chapter 5, and I have one comment to make. the story is inconsistent and not stable at all. the MC regains his eye, goes to china, meets chozen, controls his 'demons' or something, then immediately comes back to California. it is too fast, and the MC is bland, other than him wanting revenge. the biggest downside is that there are random timeskips that come up any time. plus, I personally don't understand the MC's character other than his need for revenge. overall, a good story which I am going to continue, but I just felt that this review was needed.
