Laura's POV

I stopped right in front of Xavier's room as I took in my breath deeply before exhaling.

It wasn't the first time I had done that in less than a minute. I didn't keep count. 

I knocked on the door wanting to make sure that I won't break any of his rules.

A groan came from inside and I was sure he knew someone was out there seeking his attention and the person wasn't going to do him any good. 

I didn't hear a response telling me to come in but I knew too well that if I waited outside the door. Then I would have to wait forever. 

My hands found its way to the door knob as I twisted it pushing the door open. I got in and saw Xavier by the bedside, his jeans on but he was shirtless and his upper body which was bare still had drips of water.
