Chapter 36: Grown Attached To Her

Laura's POV 

Walking out of the room was a mistake, which I admitted having made. 

I didn't want to see their faces until the next day but my stomach was just being a bastard, I felt it making weird sounds as I wondered what was wrong but then I realized that I haven't eaten anything since day break. 

It made me laugh how I was getting hungry, back when I was with my family, they never gave me food on time, but my stomach never rumbles because it understands but here I was getting hungry not eating for a few hours. 

I had walked out of the room only to meet Xavier, either walking by or waiting for me to come out and I did making it look like he won. 

I gulped, and the only thing I wanted to do was turn back into the room, praying silently that he won't be bothered by it but he called me back, his aura sending shivers down my spine.
