I wish I could lay my hands on that good for nothing girl! Urrrrgggggghhhh!!!! I sure would squeeze the living day out of her."
"How could she do this? How foolish and clueless can she be!" Daisy Cole said angrily while pacing around her room.
"I really do not know why you would agree to such useless arrangement in the first place. Just look at you." She continued as she bent towards Sorin to check his wound which was now covered with a band-aid.
Her beautiful black eyes travelled round his entire face to see if there was any other wound inflicted on her precious boyfriend, Sorin.
Sorin tried to calm Daisy down and explain the whole situation to her but she wasn't having it. She was fuming in anger. Only if she could lay her hands on me at that moment, I'd be a dead and gone.
"Calm down, Daisy. You're just being unnecessarily dramatic." Sorin said to her.
Daisy, shocked at Sorin's words, stopped to look at him,
"Dramatic? Did you just say I am dramatic?"
"Yes, Daisy, you're just being overly dramatic because of the whole situation. You of all people already know that this wasn't my plan from the start or do you think I love being married to that girl?" Sorin said, now getting angry because Daisy was beginning to piss him off.
"Oh please Sorin, you're just being unreasonable!" Daisy responded and continued walking back and forth in her room while Sorin sat at the edge of her huge bed.
Daisy's room was a luxurious one, it screamed of massive wealth. The walls were painted in a soft shade of blush pink and purple with delicate gold leaf decoration covering all the edges broad ceiling. The room was spacious and airy, with large windows that allowed an abundance of natural light into the whole room.
A big four-poster bed with plush pink pillows and a soft duvet was located in the center of the room. The headboard was artistically carved from solid mahogany while the footboard was encrusted with glittering diamonds. The floor beneath the bed was covered in a black soft fur rug, which added to the room's lavish atmosphere and complimented the color of the room.
"We've only been married for a little while and she's already acting all crazy! What do you want me to do? What do you want from me? Her head on a platter?" Sorin thundered, his deep voice now sounding much deeper.
Daisy chuckled and spoke immediately after.
"Oh, so now you're "married"? Daisy, with a weird look on her face, buttressed the word "married", and this she did while gesturing with both the index and middle fingers, of both hands simultaneously.
Sorin, realizing what was about to play out, sprung up from the bed. He knew immediately that Daisy had held unto that single word out of everything he had said and she was about to turn the narrative around and give a pity party.
"Don't even try to turn things around, Daisy. We're supposed to be in this together but I don't know what it is you're trying to do right now."
"I thought I told you already that this whole matter is nothing to be bothered about. Don't work yourself over nothing. I know what I am doing, I have it all under control. I'm not a fool."
"Exactly! You know what you're doing. That's why there's a wound on your head." Daisy said, sneering at him.
Sorin immediately went quiet because he knew that they could keep going back and forth until they both got tired but he at that moment, wasn't down for any more arguments, he just wanted to rest his head that had been bashed as he was now having a serious headache and the argument with Daisy wasn't helping matters.
Daisy, realizing Sorin was quiet, kept quiet as well. Has Sorin not kept quiet, she wouldn't have stopped talking too. She sat down beside him on the bed and folded her hands against her chest.
Sorin turned to face her, her beauty mesmerizing him and he began to smile. She still had a straight face but noticed he was staring at her, so, she stole a quick glance at him at saw that he was smiling.
"And why are you smiling like that?" She inquired, looking away.
"You're beautiful, that's why." He responded.
She scoffed and said, "Oh, did you just realize that?"
"Of course not, haven't I always told you? That's one of the reasons I love you, you're just so beautiful and no one else comes close. Although, you act crazy sometimes but you're still able to manage extreme situations well and that's whenever you're not ruthless and scary. I always wonder how you are able to do those things and still be sweet at the same time. Well, that's when you want to." Sorin began speaking from his heart.
Daisy started smiling with a corner of her lip but immediately she noticed Sorin was looking at her, she maintained her stone cold straight face once again, like all that he said meant nothing to her but deep down she wanted to give him a big hug.
Her love for him could not be measured. Although they had times when they misunderstood each other but they always couldn't stay mad at each other for too long. One of them would surely break because what they shared for each other was too deep.
He unfolded her hands and held unto them before he continued talking. She turned to face him as well, while they both looked into each others eyes. His eyes were filled with admiration for her while hers were filled with so much love for him.
"Daisy, you know how much i love you. I can't stay mad at you and I'm sorry if I hurt you or made you angry in any way."
"I'm not mad at you, I'm not angry with you, I'm just mad at the situation." She said, with a cute little voice.
"I know and I understand your concerns too." Sorin replied her.
"What if something bad had happened? What if it was more than this? What if she had killed you by mistake?" Daisy kept asking questions after questions without giving Sorin a chance to answer any.
"God knows, she would have been dead by now, had I gotten my hands on her, if anything serious had happened to you. Gosh!" Her tensed voice now sounding scary.
Sorin knew his girlfriend too much, he knew she meant every single word she just uttered, he knew she would stop at nothing to make sure she harmed me if anything had gone wrong. He knew she was sweet with him but to others, she was a tyrant.
Daisy Cole, though beautiful and elegant, was the ruthless daughter of one of the top billionaires in town. Her parents had died years ago and as the only child, they left everything they had in her name, making it impossible for anyone to claim their massive wealth. No one who dared to mess with her ever got away with it. She was so good at scheming and plotting the downfall of her enemies and she always never failed. When thing don't go her way, every single person would pay dearly for it.
She had her minions who worked for her and were at her beck and call. Being with Sorin for a few years softened her a little, or so he thought. He knew she was sweet but that was all a facade. It only masked her true character and that was one of the reasons they had not gotten married yet. He loved her but hoped that she would actually change with time.
"Where is she now?" She asked him.
"Who?" He asked, pretending not to know who she was referring to.
"Your married woman, of course! Who else would I be asking about at this moment? Your sister? It's not like she's here or would be around us anyway." She snapped at him and quickly held onto her mouth with her hands as she realized she had said something wrong and Sorin wasn't going to take it lightly.
Sorin's eyes widened as he looked at her, shocked at the words that just came out of her mouth. He could not believe his ears neither could he believe his eyes.
"How could you?" He thundered at her and stood up swiftly and began to walk out in rage.
She immediately stood up too and began to follow after him.
"Sorin, wait up…. I'm sorry." She screamed but he didn't answer. He just kept walking till he was out of her house and in his car.
