Chapter 60: Harry And Ron Who Didn't Catch Up

For Eisen, increased power means less urgency. Because of this, he spends his summer vacation traveling around.

I don't know if it's an illusion, but after a freewheeling trip, Eisen's Transfiguration skills seem to be on the verge of breaking through a bottleneck. Perhaps this is related to his open-mindedness.

Sitting in the compartment at the end of the train, Eisen leaned against the backrest and focused on experimenting with his spells. Flames rose and shifted in his palm, turning into water for a moment and then lightning.

However, this transformation appeared very jerky, leaving almost no room for practical application. Still, it was a promising start; with regular practice, he would eventually become proficient.

Yawning, Eisen paused his practice, took a playing card from his storage ring, transformed it into a black hat to cover his face, and fell into a deep sleep.

After several days of nonstop Transfiguration practice, Eisen felt exhausted. From this experience, he was certain that concentrating on spell practice for an extended period could be quite tiring.

Since the Hogwarts Express was perfectly safe, Eisen decided to take this opportunity to rest.

During this time, more students boarded the train, and the surrounding noise grew louder, but Eisen was undisturbed.

Suddenly, the train began to move, but at that moment, an anxious voice called out to Eisen.

"Professor, Professor Eisen! Wake up!"

There was a brief pause, followed by a small hand pressing on Eisen's arm.

Startled, Eisen removed the hat and stretched, yawning deeply. Then he transformed the hat back into a playing card and put it away.

Turning his head, Eisen noticed two little girls in front of him: one with long brown hair and the other with long red hair. Yes, it was Hermione and Ginny!

However, both looked at him with worried expressions!

"Hermione, Ginny, what's the matter?" Eisen asked, feeling significantly more alert after his brief rest.

"Harry and Ron missed the car!" Hermione exclaimed.

Missed the car? Eisen was taken aback for a moment before he realized what had happened.

If he remembered correctly, after Dobby warned Harry not to go to Hogwarts during the summer, Harry had ignored him.

So, Dobby must have blocked Platform Nine and Three-Quarters from being accessed by spells, effectively preventing Harry and Ron from reaching it.

In this situation, Harry and Ron should have sent an owl to a professor at the school to explain what had happened, but they were Gryffindor's adventurous lion cubs.

Consequently, the two of them had teamed up to drive Mr. Weasley's flying car and chase the Hogwarts Express to school.

"Are you sure they didn't get in the car and were just playing a prank on you?" Even though Eisen had a good idea of the situation, he wanted to double-check.

"No, they followed me, but I didn't see them come out of the aisle until the train started," Ginny explained. Although it wasn't their first meeting, she still seemed a bit shy around Eisen, but she managed to clarify the situation.

"Okay, let's see where Harry and Ron are—" Nodding, Eisen hesitated for a moment before taking out the scope.

Eisen had initially planned not to reveal the existence of the observation mirror to outsiders. However, he reconsidered; even if Hermione and Ginny discovered it, it wouldn't be a significant issue.

"King's Cross Station, Platform Nine and Three-Quarters—" Eisen tapped the observation mirror with his wand. As the tip of the wand emitted a faint light, the mirror displayed the area surrounding Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.

This was a deliberate method Eisen used to keep the full capabilities of the observation mirror hidden.

Hermione leaned closer, her eyes wide with surprise, and sat next to Eisen, gazing intently at the sight glass. Ginny on the side also looked over.

"Harry and Ron aren't there; that's—the staff of the Ministry of Magic!" Eisen noted, not seeing the Savior and his friends on the platform. Instead, he spotted someone in peculiar attire examining the area, clearly dealing with a situation that might arouse Muggle suspicion.

"They won't be captured by the Ministry of Magic!" Ginny's face fell further, tears brimming in her eyes.

"Uh, don't worry. Let me see where they are!" Eisen reassured her before pointing his wand back at the scope. "Tell me, where are Harry Potter and Ron Weasley?"

The picture in the mirror shifted momentarily, revealing Harry and Ron.

Eisen saw Ron soaring through the sky in the flying car while Harry sat in the passenger seat, an excited expression on his face.

The two were traveling through the clouds above the Hogwarts Express. However, Eisen had actively engaged the God's perspective while observing Platform Nine and Three-Quarters through the mirror.

From this divine vantage point, Eisen could see everything within a five-mile radius, and he clearly noted the flying car pursuing the Hogwarts Express.

Therefore, when he located Harry and Ron in the observation mirror, he did so with precision. Afterward, Eisen turned off the God's view of the observation feature.

"Uh, I think Harry and Ron should be right above us!" From the mirror, he observed the two flying in the sky, with the train visible below.

Both girls looked bewildered, "God, this is too dangerous! They'll be expelled!" Hermione couldn't help but exclaim.

"Well, I think you should go to Fred and George first and ask them to send an owl to Professor McGonagall," Eisen suggested. "Don't worry; I'll keep an eye on Harry and Ron and make sure they aren't in danger!"

Now that Eisen knew where Harry and Ron were, especially in front of Hermione and Ginny, he felt he couldn't ignore it.

After hearing Eisen's words, the worry on Hermione's face eased, and she and Ginny left the compartment.

To be honest, with Eisen's current abilities, he could easily save Harry and Ron. For example, he could directly Apparate to them, grab them, and then Apparate them back to the train.

Alternatively, he could teleport directly to them and use magic to shrink both them and the car, then teleport back.

While this approach was certainly feasible, it felt a bit too reckless. Such a high-profile action could draw unwanted attention.

Even if no one witnessed his actions, how could he explain them to others? Moreover, even without his interference, both Harry and Ron would undoubtedly reach Hogwarts safely.

So, for now, Eisen simply needed to keep watch over them and cast protective spells if they found themselves in danger.

Speaking of which, driving a car while flying through the sky must be quite an experience! Eisen's thoughts began to wander.

"Whoa, are Ron and Harry really flying in a car?"

"This is so cool! Why didn't we think of it?"

Excited voices erupted around him, breaking Eisen's train of thought.
