Laura was frantically thinking of what to say to save herself from getting eliminated when she heard Zoe and snorted heavily.

"You're not just terrible at programming, you're also terrible at lying. Saying my sister wrote the program is equivalent to saying the sky is purple. And we all know that will never be!"

Zoe nervously bit down on her lower lip and turned to face Laura, her eyes lowered to the floor as she did.

"Why would I lie about that?"

Laura's lips twitched as she sneered, "Because you're about to be disqualified from the contest and probably won't be able to join any in the future."

"Right now, you'll say whatever you can think of to prevent that from happening. Even if it means telling such an unbelieving lie!"
