Millionaire Status!

Jane was nervous. She couldn't believe she was going on a date with someone she had just met on the same day and already she was wondering how the night would go. There were multiple ways it could end...a million scenarios went through her mind as they drove through the streets of Los Angeles in his fancy car.

One of these outcomes included sex, Jane's face got a little red as she eyed him shyly. Unfortunately for her, Kyle caught her looking.

He grinned, as if trying to set her at ease

"Is everything alright?" Kyle asked, momentarily taking his eyes off the road.

"I-I'm fine…" Jane responded under her breath.

She hadn't really been in this situation before but was glad she was putting herself out there.

They turned a corner and arrived at one of the swankiest restaurants in California. Kyle had had to pay a fine fee to reserve their seats but it was nothing compared to the returns he was about to get from the lady beside him.

They were ushered to some of the best seats in the house and Kyle could instantly tell this was Jane's first time somewhere so fancy.

She was dazed and admired the class of the people here but he also noticed that her confident demeanor quickly faded.

She must have been intimidated by the people here as the clothes they wore were easily some of the most expensive things she had seen in her life begging the question of what Kyle was even doing with her.

"You know…" Kyle said out of the blue, bringing Jane out of her head.

" Even if I were to choose who I want to have dinner with in this room full of these people, it would be you," Kyle said sternly, looking her right in the eye.

Jane flushed red once again.

"Where did that come from!? That was smooth as hell!" Kyle thought to himself, the words rolled off his tongue effortlessly to the point that it even surprised him, the speaker.

"Good evening Mr. Kyle and Mrs. Kyle, would you like our special menu tasting order?" A waiter walked up to the table where they were seated.

The man was handsome but Kyle had never been an insecure person as these things didn't matter to him. Things as trivial as looks didn't matter to someone in survival mode but he was no longer in that mode.

That gave him a different outlook, he noticed that Jane had frozen in place.

"Hm… Is she attracted to him?" Kyle thought to himself but if she was, wouldn't it be indicated by the decrease in affection?

He had received no such notification.

"That would be nice, thank you," Kyle nodded to the waiter. He had no idea what a tasting menu was but as long as it was food, he was down for it.

He was also impressed that the waiter knew his name, it showed that they took customer service a lot more seriously than other restaurants in these parts.

No wonder they were so successful.

Turning his attention to his date, he noticed that Jane was stiff, like a Sims character whose action was cancelled midway through.

"Are you okay?" Kyle asked, reaching his hand over the table to place on hers.

"H-He thinks we're married…" Jane said in a whisper, clearly flustered by the thought.

" So fucking cute," Kyle thought to himself, trying to stop himself from laughing she was the polar opposite of Calista.

The evening went as planned, Jane experienced a wide range of emotions at the tasting, and her taste buds were violated to the point it gave her a mouthgasm.

And with each serving, she came closer to her true personality as she relaxed and laughed more. She even began making small jokes.

Kyle enjoyed the night. He was never a person who took relationships of any kind seriously but being with Jane, right here and now, was something he could see himself doing more often.

[Update in affection bar!]

[Jane's affection: 40%!]

This update couldn't have come at a better time, because Kyle was about to pay the bill.

They tasted every meal on the menu and bought the sum at a staggering price of $20,000.

The familiar Cyan screen appeared to inform him where he stood a few moments after the bills were paid.

[Ding!]

[Spent $20,000. 10X Critical Hit. Earned $200,000! 4X Bonus Critical Hit. Earned $800,000! The money has been transferred to account XXX-XXX-XXX!]

[Spent at least $20,000 on a beautiful lady!]

[You have received 1 lottery ticket!]

[Do you want to draw?]

[YES][NO]

Kyle's jaw dropped, and he couldn't believe his eyes because this was something that would make becoming a millionaire a lot easier, he was technically one because he had approximately $359,000 sitting in his bank account alongside this recent addition, he was a millionaire!

That would explain why he got a lottery ticket, it was to celebrate the milestone he had reached but if he was going to take over Hollywood and become the richest man in the world.

He was nowhere near his goal and he initiated the draw, hoping to get something decent.

[Congratulations! You have drawn a Bank Account Upgrade!]

[Bank Account Upgrade: The user has received an upgrade to their bank account: Your account has been upgraded to the highest tier and has become untraceable!]

Kyle realized at this moment that he could escape taxes, if his account was untraceable that meant that the government would have no way to track his transactions.

"A-Are you okay?" Jane asked, Kyle was staring right at her but in reality, he was attending to the cyan screen only he could see.

They were out of the restaurant with Jane facing him with her back pressed against the car as they were engaged in small talk.

Kyle's body was running on adrenaline, he just became a millionaire and it was all thanks to this woman in front of him.

"If I kissed you right now, what would you do?" Kyle asked and Jane couldn't even respond, simply watching him in shock.

Kyle leaned in and all Jane did was close her eyes, expecting a kiss but nothing ever made contact with her lips.

Instead, Kyle chose to kiss her forehead, he knew that the build-up was the best way to get the most out of her.

The anticipation, the craving as he knew what she responded to but if he was to have his way with her, the build-up until then would only be in vain.

[Update in affection bar!]

[Jane's affection: 45%]

Kyle smirked as he opened the door for her to get in, she flushed red, her heart thumping wildly but Kyle was beginning to enjoy this.

If it was Calista, he knew gestures like this wouldn't have a positive change in her affection bar considering the kind of lady she was.

Date night was over, and Kyle had officially become a millionaire.
