The Truth Behind.

I walk cheerfully as the servants follow me from behind. Currently, we are at the Antares Garden to unwind. And I asked them to visit this place, just so I can celebrate my another peaceful life. I even asked them to bring food with us because I want to have another picnic with everyone. All because my life has been quiet ever since I saw Helios in the Callisto Garden four days ago.

I'm guessing that my prayers were answered by the God. For that, I thank you, God!

"Princess? Who are you praying to?" Oh, I couldn't help the happiness in my heart that I actually ended up clasping my hands together and bowing my head to thank the God. But, wait...

"Hmm, the God?" I answered, unsure.

"Which God, Your Highness?" Huh? Which God? Why is she asking me that kind of question? How many Gods do you have?!

"Uhh...the God?" How am I suppose to answer that?! I have no idea about this world in the first place! Goodness, what if they think that I'm dumb for a princess?

"The truth is, Princess, we have three Gods. First, the God of Creation, Creo. It's believed that he was the one who created our world," Ande spoke. Really? As if I'll believe that!

Lies! The one who created this world is the author of this book! Or maybe their name is really Creo?

"The second one is the Goddess of Fate, Moira. She was the one who watches over the fate of all people in the world," Then I am praying to the Goddess of Fate! Please give me a happy ending! Please don't let my fate become so miserable that I have to kill myself at the age of 15!

"And the third one, the God of Prophecy, Deo. The one who descends every decades within the Ciera Temple to relay an oracle," Hmm, an oracle? Then, does that mean the Mr. Holiness---I mean, Kiernan can talk to the God of Prophecy? And what kind of prayers does the God of Prophecy receive? I wonder if he's working with the Goddess of Fate?

"Hmm, then I am praying to all of them! But, I won't tell you about what I prayed, because it might not come true," I fold my other four fingers and wave my index finger to them while shaking my head, causing them to chuckle upon seeing my pouted lips and furrowed brows.

I'm so glad Alina is beautiful that these acts of cuteness is actually adorable.

"Then our little Princess's wishes are certainly going to come true," I hope so--NO, Please come true!

"Of course!"

* 3 Days Ago - At the Altair Palace *

"What's this? You all look so serious," Orpheus walked towards his seat at the end of the table and pull the chair out before taking a seat. His three sons just followed him with their eyes until he was seated.

"Good afternoon, Dad," Aelius greeted as he smile to his Father.

"Greetings, Dad. You were late, I almost fell asleep," Diellzain sighed in disbelief and shook his head. Causing Orpheus to just let out a small chuckle.

"It should be understandable, Zain. Father is always busy," Helios said that made Orpheus nodding his head to agree.

"That's right. I had to finish some papers, sorry for my delayed arrival," Orpheus leaned on his chair and look at Diellzain.

"Why, did little Zain miss his Daddy that much?" Orpheus asked, causing Diellzain to glare at his father.

"No! And stop calling me little Zain!" Orpheus and Aelius ended up laughing, while Helios just chuckled, all because of their youngest's reaction to his father's tease.

When these four are together, their act towards each other are the same as the normal family that lives in their empire. As if their Father is just their best friend, although in times of seriousness, they also get their acts right. This is how Orpheus and Iliana wanted their family to be.

"It's been a while since you've been here, Zain. Won't you spend your time with Daddy?" Orpheus teased again, which made Diellzain to click her tongue as he cross his arms together and lean back to his chair.

"I'll stay here once our sister is here. And I'll spend my time with her, not you," Orpheus laughed.

"Your words cuts this Daddy's heart," Orpheus continues as he rub his chest. Diellzain looks at him in disbelief, while Aelius and Helios just laughed at their conversation.

"Anyway, you mentioned a sister. I believe that's going to be the topic of our conversation today?" The Emperor took a deep breath as he smile to all of his sons. Everyone stayed quiet as Aelius and Diellzain looked at their oldest brother, giving him the signal to answer their Father's question.

"Indeed, Father. I have told them about what happened yesterday and about the exchange we had last night," Helios spoke. Aelius turned his head to their father, while Diellzain just lean on his chair and close his eyes, with his arms and legs crossed.

"Haha, from the sound of it, our little Zain is quite approved of having a younger sister?" Diellzain turn his head away as he creased his forehead and click his tongue. He didn't even open his eye to face his father.

"It appears that he's looking forward to it as well," Aelius added. Diellzain's forehead crumpled even more as he heard his brother's words.

"He even mentioned about bringing Kalea and introduce her to his younger sister," Diellzain grits his teeth, as if a vein popped out from his head as he slam the table and face his family.

"Let's.Just.Start! Shall we?" He asked, with annoyed face. His golden eyes glowed as he state those words. His Father and brothers chuckled as they nod their head.

"Yes, yes, Your Highness," Orpheus teased. His third son clicked his tongue and harshly take a seat back to his chair.

"Father, tell us everything," Helios spoke. His Father smiled at him as he lean on his chair. Roaming his eyes to each of his sons before he spoke.

"Remember when the Empress imprisoned herself within the Antares Palace?" His three sons nodded.

"We had some conflict, and it was about her being pregnant with..." Orpheus paused, thinking how he would tell his sons about the truth of Alina's parents. Even so, he decided to believe himself.

"With our fifth child," He spoke. However, he can't lie to his children, as it will only complicate things in the future, so he decided to just tell them what caused the conflict between him and his late wife.

"Oh, well, the truth is she told me that the child within her is not my child. And that's how things turned to worst," The three princes looked at him with widened eyes and furrowed brows, confused and shock from what they just heard from the Emperor.

Helios was about to speak, but Orpheus once again spoke ahead of him.

"Of course, I didn't believe her. There's this lingering feeling in me that the child she bears is mine, so I told her about it. But, she got mad at me--haha, imagine her angry face? She's still beautiful despite that," Aelius stared at his father with face full of concern. They all know their mother as a soft, gentle, and sweet mother, that's why hearing this story from their father, it's something that is unbelievable for them.

"She forced me to just believe her and let her go, but...who would let go of such kind and beautiful wife? Haha, well after that, she decided to hide within her palace, casting a spell--more specifically, a barrier, that doesn't let anyone enter, except from the maids she chose to serve her. And then, five years ago, they announced her death...I'm pretty sure that was when she gave birth to our fifth child," Orpheus explained. His sons stayed quiet, as the have no idea how they would reply to that. Diellzain cocked his brow when he remembers something.

"Then, Dad. The disappearance of the Antares Palace?" the third prince asked. His father shook his head before answering his question.

"It didn't disappear, it's still there...just, hidden from the naked eye. Your Mom put a spell for it to be invisible from other people's eyes before she died. That's what the Head Maid told me. I did everything I can, but I failed to break that spell, even the maids can't do anything about it. The Tower's Magician, definitely know how to break the spell, but he asked me to patiently wait until they found what they are looking for, I have no idea what it is that they're searching, but I trust the magician. Also, the maids refused to bring the child out from the barrier, all because the Empress ordered them to never show the kid to me, haha...I still love your Mom despite that," Orpheus explain, letting out small chuckles at the end. His sons exchanged looks as they turn their heads to their Father again.

"Hmm, no way. I refuse to accept that, Mom is not like that. There's no way she'd have a child with another man," Diellzain said. His father nod his head to agree with his third son.

"Haha, I also think she's lying though," Orpheus replied. Helios and Aelius looked at each other.

"Then, can we do something about the barrier, Dad?" Aelius asked. Even after knowing that only the magician of the tower can break the spell around the Antares Palace, Aelius still think that, their father has not done everything he can yet, as there's still the three princes.

"I...I don't know,"

"We'll get her out of that palace. Dad, you said you already did everything you can, but there's still us," Diellzain spoke. His two brothers agreed with him by nodding their heads.

"Zain and I will try to break the barrier. Aeli, can I trust you in figuring out of the barrier's range?" Helios asked. Aelius smiled at him.

"Of course," he answered. Orpheus blinked for a couple of times before he spoke.

"How are you planning to break it? Even your dad couldn't," said the Emperor.

"We'll force ourselves in,"
