Gently, Lyra placed a hand on Zetsy's arm. The touch, visible in the hologram, seemed to calm him. She turned her attention back to Jadyn. "Are you sure about this decision, sweetheart?" Her tone was gentle but carried an undercurrent of disappointment. "I trusted Dr. Georgia to look after you, and now this... Are you certain you're not just... acting out?"

Lyra's expression hardened slightly. "If this Zed ever hurts you, I'll come for him myself. No amount of pleading from you will change that."

Jadyn's eyes widened. "Wait, does this mean you're accepting Zed?"

Lyra's laugh was tinged with exasperation. "Why are you asking now? You didn't seem to care about our approval when you started this 'little romance journey' of yours." She sighed, her features softening. "Bring him home when you're both free. We'll be watching closely. If he so much as bends a single strand of your hair the wrong way..."
