Dooku and Qui-Gon Jin

(Time stamp - 47 BBY)

Back on Myrkr, I had begun production of more construction drones. These will be a new model though. I designed them to have an extremely similar chassis to the Forerunner drones. Although they are not as advanced as those drones of course. Forerunner technology is on another level.

I call these new drones the Forma model. They will be sent to Typhon to build a base for me there. They will also be building grand fences for certain areas I am still marking on the planetary map. These will be the areas I will deposit prey. One large area for each biome and Typhon will be a good start. After that is done, I can focus on making some terrestrial modifications for some more interesting hunting grounds.

As for the former Jedi temple that is on the planet. I won't destroy it or touch it. For although the Jedi of today are unworthy of their heritage, their predecessors from the old wars are respectable beings. I'll let it stand as a memorial to the old guard.

Marking off all the areas and creating general development plans took 2 weeks to do. Drones were being shipped to Typhon at the moment too. I called back an android that owns a droid operated shipping company. That android is handling the shipments of the Forma drones. Of course I told the android to make sure the droid pilots are memory wiped after every run too.

Everything was going well. Which means I will be interrupted by something soon.

[bleep bleep]

The interruption is sooner then expected. I have received a direct contract offer from the bounty hunter guild.

[Contractor: Anonymous

Mission: Kill the Republic Senator of XXXX, Dagonet

Reward: 2 million republic credits

Method of Kill confirmation: We'll know

Note: Sooner the better, thank you]

A curious contract. The picture of Senator Dagonet looks like the live action version of the senator that appeared in Tales of the Jedi. In this case, Dooku and Qui-Gon Jin will have a mission to planet XXXX soon.

(Note: I tried looking for the name of the planet, but couldn't find the name of the planet or the senator)

"This should be mildly interesting..", I muse aloud.

I contact one of androids on Coruscant at a holo-terminal, "Infiltrator-289, do you copy?"

It only took a moment for a response, "I copy Master Bido, how may I be of service?"

I explain what I want, "As I understand, you have become a customs officer. You should be able to know what Senators are leaving the planet and when, correct?"

Infiltrator-289 confirms, "Yes Master Bido, I do have access to that information. Is there a Senator you wish to know the movements of?"

I cackle, "Good, I need to know the recent movements of the the senator from XXX, Dagonet."

I get my answer quickly, "Master Bido, the Senator has just left coruscant in a hurry. I also listened into his irresponsibly open comms. He is calling for his world's security forces to meet him when he returns to his home world. It seems that he has gotten a solid lead on his kidnapped son."

I gain an excited expression, "Good work 289, keep up your operations, over."

With confirmation, I go to a scout ship to take to XXXX. I am eager to see a small turning point in Dooku's life. An event where corruption literally tries to shoot him in the face.

Quickly making my way to XXXX, I orbit the world for moment while cloaked. I stretch out my sense into the Force, looking to see if Dooku and Qui-Gon are here yet. I am delighted when I recognize their signatures on the surface.

I click my mandibles, "Time for some action."

I descend to the Jedi's location stealthily. I land just outside a dilapidated town and make my way among its rooftops.

I spot Dooku and Qui-Gon entering a barn with some armed townspeople. It seems I arrived just in time for the main event. Not too much time later, I see a few native ships land in the town. First, the security forces rushed out. The Senator leisurely exited his ship and barked orders to sweep the town.

They didn't get the chance though as Dooku and Qui-gon walked out of the barn and confronted the Senator along with his forces.

I watched them exchange words for some moments. Dooku was composed on the surface, but I could feel his frustration. The Senator Dagonet was having none of Dooku's peace loving shit. He sneered and commanded his forces to open fire. The Jedi immediately began to defend, and the "rebels" started to fight back.

Dooku was relatively calm until he started to see the rebels get picked off. I could feel his anger rising, along with a whisper of hate. Dooku began to go off, using lethal deflections, force abilities and advancing. Qui-Gon tried to calm him down, only to be force pushed back into the barn door.

I can see from his eyes that Qui-Gon's thoughts race to find a solution to this situation. He snaps and then quickly enters the barn. I look back to Dooku, and he is already Force Choking the Senator to death.

I begin to flank around so I can behind the Senator. No happy ending this time, sorry not sorry. Qui-Gon rushes out with the son who quickly runs to his father. Dooku relents and the fighting comes to a standstill.

The father and son have a quick heart to heart talk, and everyone calms down as the fighting is now over.

As the Senator stands up to talk to the Jedi, I move closely behind him. I extend my right wristblade and begin a killing move. Dooku feels disturbed before narrowing his eyes at me, and then yelling, "No!"

Too late, my blades go into his back and curve up out the front. I then lift his blade impaled body with one arm as he gasps for air and grabs my blades in shock. My cloak slowly comes undone.

(Predator cackling and clicking ensues)

Senator Dagonet soon dies upon my blades, and I toss him aside. The son rushes to his dead body and began to weep. I begin to stare down the Jedi, the rebels and security forces all raise their guns at me. However, the rebel leader, the old woman looks at me I recognition. Now I know who issued the contract.

I ay aloud, "I see you rebels are unsatisfied with my work? Well, make sure you know what forces you call upon next time."

Dooku keeps his eyes on me, but quickly asks the old woman, "Did you issue a contract to the Predator of all people! How foolish, now the situation has become almost unsalvageable."

The old woman looks away ashamed. Dooku exhales in frustration and drops the subject for now.

Dooku re-ignites his lightsaber along with Qui-Gon.

I ask clearly, "Is this really how you want today to go Dooku?"

Dooku answers with a focused expression, "Yes it is, you are wanted for the killing of a Jedi Knight. Along for an investigation of the death of Master Ki-Adi Mundi's wife."

I nod and take out Destined Death, and ignite it. The resounding faraway sounding whispers of nightly howling are heard as it ignites its wispy near transparent black blades. Both Jedi tense at the site of it.

I laugh motherfuckerly, "To be honest, I was hoping for this. Don't disappoint me Jedi."

The rest of the rebels and security had started to back off. It seems they wanted no part in this fight.

Dooku moves first...
