This tomato was tantalizingly ripe and plump, as if exuding a fresh breath and a light, fresh fragrance, but in Lin Yi's eyes, the outline of the tomato suddenly blurred, as if it was casting some sort of double image behind it.
And within that double image was the silhouette of a heart.
"Damn."
Lin Yi cursed under his breath and decisively looked away.
However, the other person laughed, "Hungry? Want to eat some of my food?"
Before the words were finished, Lin Yi heard the friction of a plate sliding across the table next to his ear; his heart tightened, but he quickly realized that the person wasn't addressing him but was speaking to Li Huiyuan instead.
Li Huiyuan looked at the plate in front of her; her hair stood on end.
In front of her was a plate of spaghetti with tomato meat sauce and a tomato on the side.
Her pupils shrank slightly, and subconsciously, her gaze moved upward, looking at the person sitting across from her.
