Seeing It Thrive

It was amusing how Rain found herself practically buzzing with excitement as she wrapped up her work hours, eagerly anticipating that Alexander would be waiting for her in the parking lot. 

"Prosecutor Lancaster, don't forget about our team-building event next week! We need full attendance!" Jane reminded her, her tone both serious and playful. Rain chuckled, nodding in agreement. Jane had taken it upon herself to ensure everyone in their department showed up, motivated by the chance to earn special awards and rewards.

"Come on, Jane, we've already said we'll be there! Besides, it's not like the team-building is tomorrow," Marlon complained, feigning exasperation.

"But it's Saturday tomorrow, and we won't see each other until Monday! I just wanted to remind everyone," Jane retorted, her determination unwavering.
