You shouldn't have given him the ability for others not to remember anything every time he uses his power, it would have been more interesting to see how the protagonist manages to not be discovered, giving him more emotion.
Superman with unlimited cheats? Considering superman is already the ultimate cheat, I think that makes it harder for you to write. Imo it will just make a lot of loop holes and make it hard to you to keep the plot cohesive.
Chloe is awesome first love interest. She is like the Hinata of Smallville. Cute, reserved, gives out the best kind of stalker vibes… like a yandere without a knife, you know?
Honestly, I remember Chloe, and she just was not attractive at all to me. Was it just me or did other people also find her not cute at all.

I think you need to make your MC older because at the moment you have a 14-year-old living alone which isn't going to happen without some serious justification about how he got emancipated. Also unless he was a child when he died on Earth then any action at school just makes him a predator going after 14-year-old girls
