Lein, behind the desk, was currently reviewing the daily reports from various city departments. The reports he received had been meticulously organized by Jarwis, an expert in urban development and planning. Jarwis was Lein and Nita's right-hand man in managing the City of Life.

At the top of the report was the Department of Spatial Planning and City Layout, presenting information about the city's areas, public spaces such as parks, sports fields, greenways, etc. Below that was the Department of Infrastructure Development and Management, detailing progress on the city's infrastructure construction projects.
