There was silence in the car, and Mark felt tense as Suzie refused to look at or talk to him. It was clear to see that she was angry at him for having 'abandoned' her all alone in the hospital.

Mark had not even left her alone for that long. Her session was not even close to finishing when he entered her room.

But Suzie did not seem to think the same and pouted as she looked at her older brother's side profile annoyedly.

"Suzie, I told you already that I did not abandon you. Now, please stop pouting and look at me. Talk to me about your session as you often do. Otherwise, this silence will make me go crazy."

Mark begged his younger sister to speak to him.

He had already had a wrong time with Rika and did not want to sour his relationship with Suzie.

He especially did not want a poor or strained relationship with Suzie. Mark was not sure he could take it if that happened.
