A troublesome situation II

"Fuck !"

The screaming of Goopslap not only attracted my attention but also did the same to the crocodiles. Many of them flocked at one place opening their maw, to take a bite out of the squishy child that has been falling towards them.

I took my sword and jumped from the back of one crocodile to the other. Finally reaching near the flock, I sent two of them flying with around house kick. But without losing momentum I spun again. This time, spinning the sword along with my body, I slashed the head of three of them. Even without haki, my physical strength was enough for these animals. There were a few more. But I didn't have the time to take care of them as the kid started to come really close.

"Ahhhhhhh !

But catching him was a mistake. As I caught him, the unstable floating body of a crocodile easily threw me into the water.

As soon as I went in, a crocodile bit my things. But with a quick punch it let go of my leg.

"Ahhhhhhh ! I don't want to die !" I immediately shut him up with a jab to the back of his neck.

With crocodiles all around us I decided to go to down stream where I could get a little breathing room. I had already left my sword so my only weapon were my fists in my feet.

Greeting my teeth through pain I somehow managed to kill enough crocodiles to make a path for me to go to one side of the cliff.

But no matter how much crocodiles I killed they just kept coming. I could easily client the mountain and survive. But doing that while holding the kid was going to be hard.

My thighs were bleeding continuously. So it only worked against me.

"Aaarghhhh !" I used both of my fists to smack down another large crocodile who came too close to me .

The constant struggle continued as I was completely covered in blood. The crocodiles were relentless because of their number. But why the time I was done with half of them, the rest of them backed down. While most of them were unconscious, I have killed at least 20 of them. It would be a shame to waste so much meat and expensive animal skin, but I had a brat to take care of. So at the end I only able to drag two large crocodiles with me. After reaching a suitable spot as some home managed to climb above the raven.

It was like the first day all over again. I was completely naked covered in blood and mud.

After securing my food, I went back to the spot where I had left my pants.

But I had yet to go through the troublesome situation that's not a near death experience.

With my actions that day, I officially became the 'witch' or the 'monster girl' of the windmill village.

(AN: Windmill village is equal to fusha village.)

At first I didn't care much because I was not fond of going to the village either. Top of that it was not going to hinder my training progress. But later I realised that it might not create any problem for me, but it is going to be problem for my family.

'Don't worry master, people well forget about it with time. You should focus on your training.' Alfred reminded me.

'Yeah yeah ! I know. But tell me when are you going to teach me haki ?' I asked Alfred.

'I will be able to guide master to learn Haki after master masters all of the marine six style techniques, or rokushiki techniques.' Alfred replyed .

'And when exactly are you going to guide me to learn rokushiki ?' I asked again.

'when master's body is strong enough. Currently master can only learn soru, geppo and shigan. So for now my suggestion will be to focus on martial arts training and learn as much as possible. It will also help you survive in the future. After learning martial arts and weapons, I will guide master to learn rokushiki. With master's current progress rate, my estimation is that master will be able to learn it in next five years.

"Five years !" I was so surprised that I exclaimed out loud.

'What the hell ! I thought I will be able to master all of the arts within a couple of years !' I asked Alfred in surprise.

'Master, I have recognised that there are more than 92 types of martial arts skills, 34 types sword skills and 7 types of marksmanship skill you can master within 5 years. It is impressive for master. Because I am talking about not only learning these styles but also mastering them. Master can later choose to use whatever style she likes the most in her fight. Or master can even create her own fighting style. It will be master's own decision. And it will help master survive in the future.' Alfred explained.

I sighed after hearing his explanation. There is nothing I can do. And besides I was thinking about going to the sea when I turn 17. So there is no hurry for me to learn haki.

But with time Alfred was increasing the difficulty and the danger level of my quests or 'instructions' as he calls it. So I was hoping to learn Haki as soon as possible to get away from dangerous situations.

'I want to remind master one more thing. I intend to teach master the basic level of education needed for her future. Master should not rely on her knowledge from the previous life completely. Basic medical training, navigation and sailing are the three most important skills that master needs for her survival in the future. So master cannot spend all her time in training.' Alfred reminded me.

I have thought about it earlier. And I also wanted to have basic skills in navigation and sailing before I went out to the sea. But learning these things earlier won't hurt either.

It has been 3 days sin ce father has left to his job. And my days were not going as good as before because of the gloomy mood in the house.

"Maybe focusing on training will help me forget about those thoughts...."
