Calm before the storm

After again feeling a sudden exhilaration due to the situation he found himself in, Alexander made a difficult decision.

One that was enforced by the bleeding of his right eye as he turned his extremely resilient and overwhelming desires into illusion before dismissing them "Sorry girls but we really need to get moving...♡"

The sudden change in his presence, eyes and tone caused Laura to not only be confused but also worried '(Did I do something wrong..?)' 

However before she could even really feel bad Alexander gave her a kiss and smiled at her reassuringly because he could obviously tell that she had become worried due to his sudden change.

Alexander then began speaking "Long story short I keep looping time in an effort to deal with our enemies. I've been doing this for a good bit of time but in reality this is technically still only one day"

But he also thought about his own situation in the midst of his explanation 'Didn't realize it earlier but a lot has changed already. I don't even want to die permanently anymore' 

Brushing aside such thoughts he continued "It's kind of a pain in the ass and even after these repeats I'm not sure if I have a way to properly deal with the main enemy" and eventually even finished his words somewhat playfully as he pulled his three lovers into a sudden group hug "But since I met and am together with you three it was all easily worth it~"

The hug then continued despite him changing subject and trying to move things forward "On that note....Laura, dear♡ Is there something I can do and/or say to easily make you trust me and realize that we're already together?♡"

In response Laura again fell into her own thoughts which Jean kept accidentally listening to while Rogue on the other hand took advantage of the closeness to kiss Alexander.

Unfortunately despite the kiss being quick and small a passing student happened to see it and as such Alexander was forced to use illusions to try convincing the mutant student that they had hallucinated.

He then hid his bleeding eyes as the student left before looking to Jean for confirmation "Did it work, Jean~♡" who immediately understood his words and directly quoted the students thoughts "Hhh...I need to go ask for sleeping medicine again" before then turning her attention back to Laura.

During the whole little side event Laura was fully immersed in her own thoughts, not even aware of what had happened.

Reason being that she didn't need to worry about anything around her because she was literally in the middle of 3 people that had recently earned her trust and love.

Thus she had her full focus on attempting to think of any feasible way for Alexander to quickly earn her trust as well as convince her that they were infact already in a somewhat messy relationship.

One might think that such a matter would be easy since they had started a relationship so quickly, quite literally on their first meeting. But there is a huge difference between starting one as they did under the previous conditions and believing that they already were in a relationship.

In one despite it happening fast she had first learned a bit about Alexander and seen him constantly being what she classified as a desirable partner. While in the other she was supposed to trust a person she had never met and immediately accept his affection.

Now away from the hug and standing near Laura, Jean felt a deep appreciation towards her.

Not only due to the content of her thoughts, not even purely thanks to how serious she clearly was about the relationship but even the way she was thinking was pleasant.

Laura's mind was oddly clear and organized, her thoughts logical and despite her thoughts being quite fast, it wasn't bothersome at all for Jean.

As she was nearing the end of her thoughts Jean even gained a new perspective on why Laura seemed so determined and serious. The reason being that Alexander seemed perfect, specifically for her.

Even if she didn't know much about him, just the fact that he was technically immortal made him extremely desirable to Laura, who had lost most of the people she had cared about.

But even more importantly he seemed to be not only "her kind", strong, interesting, loving, intelligent, playful but he even respected and understood her.

The only "negative" that she could find at least thus far was the fact that he was already with two other people.

Yet even that was in a way warped into a positive since 1. Those two were Jean and Rogue 2. He seemed reluctant to even add a third and 3. They all seemed to already be deeply connected.

Eventually after enough thinking Laura managed to come up with a method for Alexander to convince her and as such she smiled "Pick me up onto your lap, pet my head and tell me...that I'm free♡"

Her smile then transformed into a blush as she added the final, very important step "Then tell me that you keep looping time to deal with our enemies and that you're already in a relationship with us three♡" while grabbing Jean's and Rogue's hands to pull them closer.

Even with the mesmerizing sight of the three of them holding hands and smiling at him Alexander couldn't ignore the weight he had heard from Laura's voice as she said the words "I'm free", again making him feel quite bad for her.

But rather then allowing it to freeze him, he leaned down and kissed her. Then whispering "You're free, my love♡" into her ear before going back to standing straight up.

Those words caused a slight shiver of happiness to flow through Laura which all of them noticed but they didn't point it out as they felt that it would "ruin the magic"

Yet when Laura stood on her tip toes clearly looking for another kiss Alexander leaned back down to give her another one but was then trapped as the three of them all hugged him and gave him kisses.

'And I didn't believe in heaven....what a fucking dumbass..' Alexander thought while nearly drowning in happiness and comfort as the three of them kissed his lips, cheeks, neck and even his hands and chest.

Yet he again forced himself to snap out of it with his eye bleeding once more, which caused the three girls to pout...which in turn made his efforts useless since he was again overtaken by his positive feelings.

Though even with that being the case he managed to move things forward and simultaneously bring each of the girls back down to earth "Now then Laura♡ What suggestions do you have based off of that information?♡"

Laura who now felt better than ever didn't need much thought before replying to his question "We should look for the main enemy first and learn as much as possible. Then the next time we come here we should make a proper plan." 

Her voice was calm, no nonsense, until she looked up and saw Alexander's gentle loving smile "...w-we should split into two teams you and Rogue in separate teams and Jean filling all of us in on the situation" which lead her to blushing and slightly stumbling through her words.

"It's important that Jean focuses on sharing the thoughts of all of us especially in the case of one group meeting the enemy and them having the ability to stop y-you or Rogue from going back....h-how does that sound, Alexander?♡ And what do you think of the plan Jean" -Laura

The slight shyness along with her clearly already caring for all of them made Alexander, Jean and Rogue appreciate Laura even more then previously.

However this time Jean had to regain her focus because there was something important that they had forgotten to mention and as such she smiled somewhat awkwardly before again revealing her mischievousness "I can't get into either of their heads so it'll be just you and me Laura~♡" by speaking in a sultry tone and hugging Laura from behind.

Alexander knowing that Jean was trying to tease him while simultaneously lightening the mood rolled his eyes but Laura thoroughly enjoyed the affection that they all clearly had for each other "Mmn~♡ In that case Jean and I are the line of communication♡ How far away can we be before it gets difficult for you~?♡"

Her teasing tone that insinuated that Jean would struggle to be away from half of the group caused everyone to smile quite brightly, especially Jean who heard Laura's thoughts that matched her own '(This feels so nice♡♡♡)'

The happiness of them all, regardless of their circumstances, continued even as Jean guided them back towards the main subject "Being close would help♡ But as long as I know where you are and you're within the school it'll be fine♡"

An action that Alexander supported but knowing that his words, unlike Jean's, would likely ruin the atmosphere he sighed "Hh I agree with all of that but if we are going to ignore the Jason situation this time....I think we should kill him to prevent the addition chaos." 

Looking at the three of them he finished his words in an attempt to deliver the information but also move on fast "I'm fairly certain that his..or rather his father's plan is to cause a distraction to steal information and probably to try and trick Xavier to do his bidding" which the girls noticed.

Both Rogue and Jean were slightly reluctant but due to fully understanding the situation they nodded their heads while Laura didn't seem bothered at all '(He won't stay dead anyway so doesn't matter)'

However after a short slightly heavy moment Rogue chimed in "Wouldn't it be smart for me try to borrow Laura's powers? I can try to see if it's possible to use restraint on the healing factor and if it doesn't work you can go back immediately"

Which caused a look of realization to flash across Alexander's face and he quickly pet her head, openly praising her "Good thinking, Anna~♡" before then adding onto her plan "That way both groups could communicate and simultaneously look for any potential spinal fluids, because those won't become ineffective even if we do kill Jason"

Even with his grim words pointing to the fact that they had very serious things to deal with, all of them looked at Laura, simply looking to hear her opinion.

And none of them were surprised when she simply smiled and nodded her head before looking at Rogue who took that as a signal to approach her.

Rogue proceeded to hug Laura and undid her Restraint allowing her power to seep into Laura's core before starting to drag out parts of her essence.

All three of them were ready to try to comfort and support Laura as they all understood that Rogue's powers would cause pain but much to their surprise her only response was to show some discomfort yet she also seemed to be enjoying the pain since she was slightly smiling and blushing.

Feeling their eyes land on her Laura's blush became even more pronounced, fully overtaking her face, yet after a moment of trying to hide it she decided to simply embrace it and even playfully reveal that side of herself "Tehee~ You'll probably have to be pretty rough with me~♡"

In response Alexander smiled somewhat arrogantly, accepting the challenge from the feisty brat. However he didn't say or do anything else, instead focusing on Rogue who was trying to restrain Laura's healing ability.

After a couple minutes of them all simply standing there Rogue sighed and started seemingly hurriedly explaining herself "The healing works really differently from my powers and whenever I try to restrain it my power pulls it back up...a-and I can't restrain them both at the same time yet.."

Alexander responded nearly immediately by pulling her into his arms and kissing her "No worries darling~♡" which Rogue clearly appreciated greatly.

Then after smiling at the three of them he casually said "Well I'll be back soon♡ See you three in the past heheh~♡" with a small teasing laugh while pulling out the knife he had previously hidden.

He then tried to plunge the knife into his head.

Key word "tried" because just as the knife was going to breach his skin he felt his body being forcefully restrained as he heard a confident powerful and eloquent yet also slightly demeaning voice speak an odd set of words "Now now let's not get rowdy, Children"
