The uniformed hotel staff girl was staring at Valerie and Valerie could see raw fear in her eyes, "Please tell me. Are you from the Sinclair family?" the girl repeated the question.

Valerie was alarmed by the sudden change of expression, "Is everything alright, Roma?"

Maybe the tip I paid her wasn't enough and I should give her some more money. She thought silently while looking at Roma's face.

"Y-you are Valerie Sinclair?" Valerie had a proud grin on her face when she nodded.

"Yes, I am."

"Ma'am. I mean…" Roma gulped down her saliva, "Are you Mr. Sinclair's wife? Are you from his family?"

"Yes…" Valerie felt strange. The girl looked confused and panicked. What was the matter?
