As she stepped out of the shower room, Remillia tried to maintain a composed expression, but her eyes still blazed with embarrassment. Kairos was already dressed in his clothes, looking as cold and collected as ever.
"Since I'm done helping you, I should get going now."
She was about to leave when he spoke next to her, "Wait, I just want to say thank you... despite putting us in an awkward position awhile ago."
Remillia's face blushed again as she tried to explain to him, "I already said I'm sorry and for the record I 'accidentally 'slipped so it wasn't my fault!"
Kairos tried not to laugh at her sudden outburst, "What's your name?"
She froze for a moment before opening the door, "There's no need for you to know my name besides this will be our last time seeing each other."
"Bye, squirrel."
This time, she quickly looked at him, "I-I don't know what you're talking about."
"You know what I'm talking about, squirrel."
