As her gaze swept across the room, a flicker of amusement danced in her icy blue eyes. Finally, her attention settled on Alex and Rhino, who stood frozen in surprise. 

A warm smile softened the edge of her features as she strode confidently towards them. "Well, well, looks like I've interrupted your little practice session."

Rhino, speechless for a moment, finally managed a stammered greeting. "H-hey, Mom," he mumbled, relief washing over his face as he relaxed his guard.

The woman, Anya, met her son's gaze. Her gentle touch rested on his cheek. "Are you feeling alright, my son?"
