Ashley nodded, "Yes, she helped clean up the dirty blood."
Sally continued to ask, "Did she talk to Rona?"
"She definitely talked. She kept urging Rona not to get too emotional, and I tried to persuade her too," Ashley shook her head, "but it was no use. In the end, she still shouted that deadly curse."
"Ashley, think again, did Galian do anything else while she was taking care of Rona?"
"What do you mean?" Ashley's expression became serious.
Sally nodded, "I have my suspicions. Think about it, when Galian first saw Rona, Rona suddenly started bleeding profusely. When Rona died, are you sure Galian didn't do anything?"
Ashley recalled carefully, "My grandmother and I once left the birthing room to discuss the treatment. Galian and Rona were alone for just a short while."
"That's enough time, if she wanted to do something to Rona."
"But... how would harming Rona benefit her? Just so that the Clan Leader would keep her as a concubine?"
