Alexander's POV

I paused. I wanted to choose my words carefully so that she would not be greatly disturbed by what she did to Shanze's body. She had already blamed herself for Shanze's death, for her to find out that she disintegrated the body would be devastating.

Before I could speak, Alpha Damien beat me to it, "You... you disintegrated her when you made that tornado in the room. By the time Alexander got to you, her body had already turned to dust".

I gauged her emotions as soon as she heard what had happened. She took a deep breath as if she was trying to gather her thought process. I saw a light flash in her eyes and then she asked "Where is Aradia?

That was what I wanted to know too. I looked at her sadly and said "She is nowhere to be found. I have ordered a search for her and once she is here, she will answer what had happened. She can't just commit murder and….."

"She's not the one," she interrupted while trying to sit up on the bed.
