Wa Da looked at her through the rearview mirror and asked, "Running into some vexing problems?"
"I'm just thinking, why is there such a big gap between people?" Qiao Xiguan spoke nonchalantly, her gaze still fixed on the scene outside.
"That's too profound for me, I have no idea," Wa Da shrugged.
She'd rather do more physical work than spend her energy thinking.
Qiao Xiguan smiled and turned back to Wa Da, "Suddenly, I find your personality quite nice, not trying to make sense of things that don't make sense."
"And I never bother with things that are too taxing on the brain," Wa Da added.
"Typical of someone with brawn rather than brain," Qiao Xiguan teased with a laugh.
Wa Da wasn't offended; it was as if he naturally agreed and generously admitted to it.
Qiao Xiguan stretched with a yawn, "I feel like today has been too exhausting."
"Then don't let it be so exhausting."
"Sometimes it's beyond my control," Qiao Xiguan shook her head.
