In another part of town, inside the most premier hotel the place could offer, a very handsome redhead stared out the curtain wall, with a frown, and a phone in his ear.

"I'll probably be here on the day," he said, dismissively, to the other person on the phone. The other person seemed to have said something to have irked the man though, as his jaws clenched in annoyance. 

"Auntie, I'm not going to be the best man for your daughter's wedding. I'm far too busy."

He hung up, staring at the dark sky of that small town. His mind couldn't help but run back to that beautiful innocent woman who—unlike everyone else he interacted with—didn't have any motives in being in the same space as him. 

He wanted to taste her, truly. Not even beautiful women throwing themselves at him during this time satisfied him.
