That was then. Now, I was thinking about it again. It was a question I'd asked myself in quite a few Dive Games—why were Water spells so often able to restore HP? The best I'd heard, the furthest I'd gotten in lines of thinking on this, was that the "mana" or whatever avant-garde flavor of the month put into the spell changed the water to be different from ordinary water in some way.
But if I could execute a minor Transmutation of my Aura from Ice to Water, then grant it a Healing property…wouldn't that be the foundation of any number of healing techniques?
