Fighting the Azure Flame Abbey

I figured Shokoya would lose—he'd never beaten Jong in the Academy, after all—but now I was genuinely worried for him. That only increased when the fight started. There was a complete mercilessness in Jong's movements now, and his Measures talents seemed to have also increased beyond any normal standard even among those who had them increase after reaching Spirit Rank. Even on top of that, he seemed to be in the mid-stages of the First Spirit Realm when Shokoya and I were still at the 1st Stage.

Within not even 30 seconds, Shokoya was unable to even fight back. He was simply outclassed in too many different ways. The only thing Jong seemed to lack was options for distance fighting, and given his attitude toward me the last time I saw him, I was very certain that he was only refraining from showing them, not that he actually did not have them.
