I got in quite a bit of trouble early on, as he racked up points against me with successive ambush strikes until his lead over me grew to 8 points. By then, though, I'd figured out how to see through his deceptive moves. I countered his next ambush strike with a Repelling Sword Strike with such force behind it, and that surprised him so badly, that it blew him all the way to the wall separating the arena floor from the spectators, forcing him to take long enough to get back into the ring that it counted for 5 points.
