"I can't deal with you right now." Alix laid back down and ignored his teasing. 

He was obviously trying to distract her so that she would drop the topic but he was not very successful because she was still thinking about it. If he wouldn't share the information then she would have to find it on her own.

I just knew that you would come to me as soon as your chairman father mentioned it. On another note, you have yet to take a tour of the virtual market since the system upgraded. Don't you wish to go shopping? Granted, for you the options are limited since we cannot expose your location but it's an experience that you might find enjoyable."

"Shopping, shopping, like I can buy things over there?" she asked. But then, she thought about what currency she would use to shop and her location. "It's useless." she sighed.
