Very subtly Ariel gritted her teeth. Indeed, Riley spotted Ariana first when her dearest sister was working in a small café and came looking for Ariana at the Harlow house. 

Fortunately for Ariel, back then Ariana was rushing to collect her dormitory fee and was not at home but instead at her second job. Because of that, Ariel ran into Riley who had come to scout Ariana. 

Of course, Ariel believed and was more than confident in her own abilities and beauty. So she naturally expected to win over Riley at once.

 If Ariana could do it, she could do it too.

But the woman had looked her in the eyes before coldly spitting out a cruel fact,

'You lack the beauty and wisdom of your sister. In fact, you look like those dumb idols who pretend to be cute when they are not.'

It would not be wrong to say that Ariel was simply crushed by those words.
