Shen Liya had a restful night's sleep, waking up feeling much rejuvenated.

Seeing Luo Qianxun asleep with her head on the hospital bed, she could not resist reaching out to caress her daughter's face.

Woken up by the unexpected touch, Luo Qianxun looked up at Shen Liya, "Mom, you're awake. Would you like some water?"

"Yes, please."

Shen Liya nodded, watching Luo Qianxun pouring a glass of water felt like everything was in a dream.

"Mom, here's your water."

Luo Qianxun placed a straw in the glass and handed it to Shen Liya. After snapping back to reality, she took a few sips.

"Would you like something to eat?"

Luo Qianxun asked Shen Liya, "We have milk and porridge, what would you like?"

After a brief thought, Shen Liya said, "I'd like some porridge."

"Okay, I'll feed you."

Luo Qianxun poured a small bowl from the thermos and spoon-fed Shen Liya, who swallowed obediently.
