What is going on-

Abe didn't bother with the voice behind him, he just kept walking.

Though he was annoyed by what just happened, he decided to let it go.

He just arrived at the city, and he has decided to start with peace, plus he was too tired to be bothered.

As he made his way to the sitting area, he couldn't help but notice that the bus terminal was packed with police.

At a corner were people lined up, and the policemen pulled people's sleeves up to the elbow level which was really strange.

What really caught Abe's eyes was that the people directed to the line were those who were putting on black outfits.

He didn't know why this was happening and he didn't care, he just wanted to find his uncle and get out of here.

When he got to the sitting area, he peered around searching for his uncle but to his disappointment, he couldn't find him.

"Ahh he said he was going to be here waiting" Abe sighed.

He hated the fact that he was going to have to wait here, in this crowded place.

"I guess I'm going to call him after all," he said as he sat down.

He was about to take his phone out of his pocket when he heard a voice behind him.

"Did someone order an Uber?"

He turned back to the voice and he saw a tall chubby man with a grin on his face.

It was his uncle, but he almost didn't recognize him, if not the fact that he looked like the male version of Abe's late mother, he would have thought it was another fucker trying to pick a fight.

"Uncle john!!!" Abe exclaimed

"Ohhh my little Abe!!! Give your uncle a big hug" John laughed as he grabbed Abe into a tight hug.

"Look at you," he said, pulling Abe back, releasing him from the hug to stare at him from head to toe "You've grown taller, now I can't pull your ears anymore.

You feel muscular too, heck what have you been eating? Cause this growth spurt is crazy"

" Oh nothing much, just steroids for breakfast and lunch and dinner with a little bit of crack to wash it all down" Abe joked

" Yeah!? Then please introduce me to your dealer" John said laughing

" Wait, by the way what's that on your face? I suppose it's a manly thing yeah" Abe said pointing at his uncle's thick beards

"This? Chicks dig it! What's wrong with it?" John asked with a raised eyebrow

"Nothing, it's just..you look like a white bigfoot except the hairs are gathered on your face" Abe said

" Yeah? Well you should be scared, cause I might eat you"

" Eat me? Bigfoot is a vegetarian" Abe said

"He's a monster Abe, monsters are not vegetarians" John laughed

At that moment, a loud commotion drew their attention.

At the corner where Abe had seen people wearing black line up, a guy was pushed to the floor by the police, his hands were folded to his back by another police man and his sleeves were forcibly pulled up.

As soon as his sleeves were pulled up, the second police man immediately pointed his guns at the man lying on the floor.

The man was cuffed, before he was dragged like a sack filled with heavy loads across the floor.

He was shoved into a police car which drove off after.

The commotion was resolved as soon as it started, the people wearing black were back on the line and the police continued with their sleeve checking process.

"When did the police become this diligent with their work?" Abe said feeling amazed

"They have to. Come, let's talk in the car" John said, turning to the exit.

" Can I help you with your bag?" John's asked as they walked to the parking lot

" Nah!! It's not that heavy, nothing much in it anyways." Abe said, as he patted the bag

They walked to the parking lot without any problem or any police stopping them, after all Abe wasn't wearing black, his jacket was brown in colour.

When they got to the parking lot, they got into the car and drove out.

Just outside the parking lot, before the main road, a policeman was waving for them to pull over.

" This will only take a minute, don't worry I'll take care of it"John said to Abe.

" Good evening gentlemen" the policeman greeted

"Good evening officer, how may we help?" John replied

" If you don't mind pulling up your sleeves sir, i have to check your wrist to the elbows level. This won't take too much of your time" the policeman said politely

" But you checked it when I was going in, I don't think there's a tattoo shop in the bus station that can draw that fast" John said

" I'm sorry sir, but I have to check it again" the policeman said

Not wanting to argue with the police, John rolled up his sleeves on both arms and showed them to the police man

" See!! I told you I was a clean man" John said " Can we go now?" He asked impatiently

" Not yet, please pull up your sleeves" the policeman said pointing at Abe

Abe took off his jacket, he was putting on an armless vest so he didn't need to roll anything up.

He just showed his clean hands to the policeman.

"Thanks for your time gentlemen, do have a lovely evening" the policeman said signalling for John to go

Abe was now really curious about this 'rolling up of sleeves' trend.

What exactly is going on?

"What exactly is happening uncle?" Abe asked, he made sure John had driven back to the road and they were away from the policeman.

"You don't listen to the news do you?" his uncle asked

"No. No I don't" Abe said

"No wonder you're this ignorant, well there was an attack last week. To summarise the whole thing, the vice president's son was attacked at the bus station and he's currently in a coma"
