"Since I'm in Wolvendom, the best option would be to head to Mondstadt." Shimmer planned out, checking the map to see the best path to follow, "...The best option would be to pass through Springvale..." She thought to herself.

As she checked the best way to get on the path, an idea crossed her mind, "I could just ask Razor to help me!" She realizd, but she did understand the problem with the plan, "Where could he be?" She wondered.

Seeing as it would probably be a waste of time to search for him, Shimmer just decided to head on over to the path by herself, "He might be in Mondstadt as I'm thinking about this." She rationalized as she walked towards the canyon that gave access to the path to Springvale.

Before she could even get there though, she noticed that she was about to step on a bear trap, "What is this doing- Oh those fuckers..." She cursed the moment she realized who it was, "I'm going to spank those hunters..." She thought angrily, picking a stick to trigger the bear trap.

Springvale.

Here we see the earlier mentioned wolf boy arguing with the hunters of Springvale for placing the traps in Wolvendom.

"You can't put traps there! Dangerous for wolves!" The electro boy told the Head Hunter, "Then wonder why wolves hate this place!" He added angrily.

Draff shook his head at that, "If they didn't want traps there, they shouldn't attack the village in the first place!" The Head Hunter rebutted just as angrily.

This discussion was interrupted when a bear trap was tossed at Draff, "Hey jackass!" They turned to the voice that called out and saw Shimmer, "I was about to get my foot hacked off by that trap!" She informed as she got closer to the hunter, "Who the hell uses bear trap to hunt wolves!? Are you crazy!?" She scolded angrily.

Both Razor and Draff looked confused at the sudden appearence of the woman, "Who are you?" the hunter asked, his eyes doing a once over of Shimmer before settling on her face.

"THAT'S BESIDES THE POINT!!" Shimmer yelled at Draff, "I swear you're lucky I DIDN'T lose my foot! Otherwise I would have taken YOURS as reparation!!" She stated while stomping the ground.

This display got Draff to be just a little bit irritated, "What were you doing in Wolvendom in the first place!?" He questioned, "You wouldn't have to worry for traps if you didn't go there!!" He pointed out.

At this absolutely moronic reply, Shimmer got a little bit angrier, "What are you doing setting up traps in Wolvendom in the first place!? I wouldn't have to worry for traps if you didn't put them there!!" She rebutted using more or less the same exact words.

Having his words used against him like it was nothing made Draff speechless, "You good at this." Razor complimented, "Could you teach Razor?" He requested.

"Heh! Maybe later! For now I wanted to go to Mondstadt." Shimmer explained, "Wanted to take a few pointers." She said, but didn't explain what the pointers were for.

Razor looked at Shimmer for a moment, "If you want, Razor can accompany you, so you explain how to do that." He suggested.

Shimmer thought about it for a moment and then grabbed Razor's hand to pull him along, "Welcome aboard partner!" She exclaimed.

Mondstadt's Gate.

"So... Focus on finding things to counter?" Razor repeated to see if he got the idea of rebbutal correctly.

Shimmer clapped at that, "Yes! You got it!" She complimented the wolf boy, "And it also took enough time for us to get here." She said looking at the walls surrounding the city.

Looking along with Shimmer, Razor suddenly remembered something important, "THE TRAPS!!" He yelled before running to get back at Wolvendom.

The sight of Razor running made Shimmer smile, "What a good fellow." She commented before heading on to the gate.

As she walked inside, the guards standing in front of the gate stopped her, "You can't just waltz inside you know?" One of them told her.

"Oh... Well that makes things just a little bit harder." Shimmer said looking at the guards with an annoyed expression, "You sure you can't make an exception or something?" She asked.

The other guard shook his head, "No can do." He negated, "Unfortunately after the world merging, a lot of unsavory characters began showing their facers." He explained.

Thinking about it, Shimmer knew the guard was right, just with the addition of RWBY, the amount of people to watch out for increased to more than eight, "I see... What can I do to have access granted?" She asked curiously.

"Either be vouched for by a trusted person, or do something that can make yourself be trusted." He explained, to which Shimmer nodded.

Going away from the gate, Shimmer had a choice, find someone who could vouch for her, which is hard, or do something which can get her recognized as trustworthy, which is even harder, "There are two people I could ask currently, Amber if she's on patrol, or Diluc..." She thought, "Now which one is the least likely to kill me?" she wondered.

As she thought, there was the sudden sight of a very familiar dragon flying above, "Dvalin?" She thought, then noticing that the blood crystals were missing from his back, "The traveler is already here!" She realized, but that only meant either Lumine or Aether could be anywhere, and also that Diluc would be in a good mood that the Fatui left Mondstadt.

"Diluc it is." She decided checking the map to see way to Dawn Winery.
