Riding atop Shianus, the centaur maiden, through the dense forest was a rather enjoyable experience. Her presence was both alluring and intriguing. Despite her knightly demeanor, her physique bore a striking resemblance to the cowfolk, a detail that made her even more captivating.

As the journey continued, the monotony led August to indulge in teasing Shianus. It became his sole source of amusement.

"Shianus, I noticed the other centaur women from your village seem rather small. Why are you so... well-endowed?"

"My lord, please don't~"

Shianus was feeling quite uncomfortable as August's large hand persistently explored her.

"Could you enlighten me, Shianus~?"

"I don't know. It just grew this way naturally."

Shianus, already modest, found the attention and her own physical attributes somewhat burdensome. The constant attention made her feel even more awkward, and the size of her assets was not just a personal inconvenience but also a physical strain.

Shianus recognized the figure before them—an enormous spider-like creature with a humanoid upper body and a spider's lower half, adorned with six eyes.

Rachnera, a member of the Arachnid race and a spider monster with an alluring aura, was the one who had ensnared them.

Shianus swiftly cut through the web that ensnared them and landed on the ground, her gaze towards Rachnera filled with hostility. Rachnera, in turn, looked at Shianus with a smirk of mockery.

It was clear these two had a history, likely filled with animosity.

"Hey, Shianus, could this human be your... companion?"

Rachnera's question was not idle curiosity. Many from the villages in the forest chose human partners to escape their confines. Despite the multitude of races in this world, humans still dominated, offering a significantly better quality of life compared to most other species.

Moreover, humans were renowned for their financial acumen, a fact that often made them the most successful in acquiring wealth.

"Rachnera, this is my lord. Please don't speak nonsense."

"Pfft~ A lord? Come now, Shianus. You're no knight; at most, you're just a mount."

Rachnera's laughter surprised August slightly. It was true that, in his eyes, Shianus was more of a mount than a knight. So far, August had only two knights: Ais from Orario and Siludy from High School DxD. Shianus had yet to earn the status of a true knight and, to August, was merely a collection—a casual indulgence at best.

August's gaze shifted to Rachnera, an Arachnid spider maiden, who was also someone he needed.

"Rachnera, right?"

"Hmm? And what do you want, human?"

"I have two matters to discuss. First, I am not a human. Second, how will you compensate for attacking me and my companion?"

"Compensation? You're asking me for compensation?"

Rachnera laughed. The Arachnids were few in number, and their size made them unwelcome to other races, especially at night. This had led many of them to develop irritable and extreme temperaments.

Indeed, recklessness was the privilege of the strong, but "little spider," in my presence, you haven't earned that right."

August's Conqueror's Haki descended instantly, the presence of a king among millions.

Rachnera was immediately overwhelmed, collapsing to the ground, staring at August in disbelief.

August approached Rachnera, lifting her face with a single finger. Seeing her four eyes obscured by her hair was slightly surprising; Arachnids had multiple eyes, much like spiders.

Rachnera sneered, accustomed to humans rejecting or even harboring murderous intent upon seeing her true form. This human was no exception.

"An Arachnid spider maiden, huh? Very well. From now on, you belong to me."

"You… you're not afraid of me?"

Rachnera was stunned. Why wasn't this human afraid of her?

"Afraid of you? Why should I be?"

"I'm an Arachnid. You're not afraid of a humanoid spider?"

"Firstly, I'm not human. Secondly, I see no reason to fear a spider-like humanoid."

In the next moment, Rachnera experienced her first forced intimate contact with a male, a man who wasn't afraid of her and wanted to claim her.

She was forcibly kissed by a man who had no fear of her and wished to possess her.

Nearby, Shianus watched the scene with disbelief. She felt a pang of jealousy—had Rachnera immediately stolen August's favor upon her arrival?
