“Joker, you scumbag, your luck is getting outta hand now.”
It took quite a long while for the commotion to finally quiet down. Ace had his hand on Joke’s shirt collar, pulling hard to the point that he nearly lifted the other man off the ground. It was uncertain how serious he was being, but the fact was that Dani was hyping him up without trying to break them up at all. He even put his hand on Ace’s shoulder, as if trying to comfort him.
“See? I told you not to play with the fire that is this guy’s luck. If he’s not a real deal, he wouldn’t have been able to pull Snowbelle from a free bonus card from a convenience store.”
“I kind of get it. But I’m also pissed that he’s got too many rare cards in his deck right now!”
Ace said while shaking Joke’s shirt, causing the other man to narrow his eyes.
“Did I do something wrong here?”
“EVERYTHING!!”
