It was those words that made old man Henry jump up, looking quite annoyed. His gaze became harsher as he turned to the subordinate behind him.

“Why isn’t he here yet? Hurry up and get him on the stage!”

“Y… Yes, sir!”

The bodyguard responded before quickly sending the message through his communicator. However, the longer he spoke through his device, the worse his expression became.

“Um… Boss…”

“What?” Henry brusquely asked back, angry.

“We can’t contact them at all. It seems there’s a holdup.”

“What? Didn’t they say they brought that Joker guy here already? They just said he was ready for the fight. What’s this holdup, then? Hurry up and get down there!”

“Y… Yes, sir!”
