A new friend Part I

"I guess there’s only one quest left."

Joke spoke wearily as he looked around, no signs of any monsters in the area bothering him. The tall figure now sat on a small rock in the Clust Forest, a resting place that could be found when walked far enough into the forest. Joke took the opportunity to sit and rest for a while after he spent most of his time finding items to complete his quests.

Things were considered to be going rather well because he now completed all three of the quests he had received from Madame Fon, which all of them were object-gathering quests, and he did not spend much time searching for those items on the ground or hidden in the bushes like mushrooms, fruits, or monster parts.

As for the quest received from the bar, there was only one remaining quest left, which was also a quest to find monster pieces belonging to a creature called “Olitian”. He had not seen that monster since he entered this forest. From his assumption, this was probably a nocturnal monster.
