A young man appears out of nowhere. He had a black hair, blue eyes, and a slim bulk body. Like an Olympic swimmer's body.

He look at the village in front of him and smiled while walking to a certain 'bar'.

After walking a few minutes, the bar he is looking for can be seen now and he looks at the sign, it says 'Party Bar'. He entered the bar and saa a busy crowd. Many adult men are talking and drinking beer at the same time.

The young man look at the busy crowd and as if looking for someone. Untill he saw what he was looking for. A genuine smile formed on his face. He looks at the dark green hair, brown eyes lady who is serving the people at the bar with a smile on her face. Although there is a trace of tiredness on her face. She still continue to serve the customer on the bar with a smile.

"Need help?" Lucifer walks toward the lady and asks her.

The lady heard a voice that she misses very much in the full week he is not around. She turns around and puts aside the drink she is holding and hugs the young man.

"You finally come back Lucifer" The dark green hair woman said to him while she was hugging him.

"Oy oy oy Makino-chan who is that?" A customer who is drunk a little asks the owner of the bar.

"Yes Makino, who is that young man?" Another customer ask.

"Woah! Makino is hugging a man. Huhuhu" Another customer said while making a fake cry.

Makino who heard her customer inquiry suddenly broke from the hug and her face is like tomatoes. She then introduces the young man to her loyal customer.

"Uhm... Guys, he is Lucifer a new resident of our village. He just came a week ago and left for some important reason and just came back today as you see" Makino said with a smile to them.

"Welcome young man to our Village!" A man with a thick mustache said to Lucifer.

"Welcome to the Foosha Village!!!" The other also greet and welcome him to their hometown.

"Thanks everyone!" Lucifer thank them for welcoming him.

" *Phew* It is done" Lucifer said while wiping his nonexistent sweat.

"Thanks for helping me, Lucifer " Makino look and smiled at him.

"No problem, as long as you. Hehehe" Lucifer cheekily said to Makino.

Makino blush when she heard what Lucifer said.

And the romantic vibes broke when a majestic middle age man voice came from outside of the Party Bar.

"Makino gives us some meat and rice crackers!" Then a gray haired huge middle age man appears with a bulk body. He has a strong aura coming out from him, but when an ordinary person looks at him, the strong aura is non-existent.

He is also with a young man with a straw hat, he has a naive and cheerful look.

"Makino-san, help me from Grandpa!!!" The young man wailed and said to the dark green hair lady in front of him.

"Garp-san can you let go of Luffy?" Makino asked the man named, Garp.

"Sure sure and by the way Makino. Who is that young man?" Garp look at the young man in surprise. Because his mission is to recruit the young man and he is lucky enough to meet him in the bar of Makino.

"Garp-san, he is Lucifer, our new resident of Foosha Village and my friend" Smiling said Makino while introducing the young man to him.

"I see. Boy looks like you are quite strong. Want to spar?" Garp grinning said to the young man's name, Lucifer.

"Sorry, but I'll decline your challen...." Before Lucifer finished what he was saying. Garp leaps at him and carries him outside the bar till they arrive at the secluded area.

Makino and Luffy were stunned and they didn't see the two, because of how fast Garp is.

"I hope Lucifer would be okay" Makino concerningly said.

"Shishishi, Looks like Lucifer is strong that even Grandpa wants to fight him. I just hope that Lucifer could avoid some fist of love of Grandpa, it's still quite hurt" Luffy laughed and scratched his head gently to appease the pain that was caused by fist of love.

After a few moments the two appear at the secluded area of the island where there are no people.

"Oyy this is against the law!" Lucifer complained at the Marine Hero in front of him.

"Bwahahahaha, Boy c'mon!!! Just a spar, no need to be a petty person" Garp put down Lucifer and laugh loudly.

"Grr..." Lucifer angrily grunt and look again at the man in front of him.

"Boy! Be ready I'm coming" Garp said and he disappeared at his place.

*Swooosh*

Garp appears in front of Lucifer and his fist is pointed at his stomach.

*Boom*

The sound of metal clashes with each other can be heard.

"That was close." Lucifer blocked the punch of Garp while coating his hand with armament haki.

"Bwahahahaha. You are quite a good boy and didn't expect that you know haki!" Garp made some space between them and said to Lucifer. Although he lied about the haki part, because he knows that he can use haki as the report say.

"Old man if I didn't block that punch of yours. I'm going to the hospital for sure" Lucifer said to Garp and called him Old man.

"Who are you calling Old man. I'm still young!" Garp disappeared again at his place and appeared at the back of Lucifer and punched him again.

"Take my 'Fist of Love' "

Lucifer couldn't avoid the incoming fist of Garp. He then use his devil fruit ability to counter it.

"Space Null"

The fist of Garp passed through at the body of Lucifer and the impact of the attack was transferred several meters away.

*Boooooom*

This is one of the many techniques that Lucifer comes up with when he is still training at the island. Although this is quite simple, making his body a portal and the upcoming attack wouldn't hurt him by transferring it several meters away from him or in any places he had been.

"Ohh a Devil Fruit user too. Bwahahahaha!"

"Brat join the Marines and I'll make you Vice-Admiral quickly!" Although Garp is not using his full strength and just playing around. He knows how strong the young man is in front of him and his strength is comparable to a Vice Admiral on Marines.

''Though he is still weaker than me, but his strength for his age is good!' Garp inwardly thought.
